I tried Mr. seafood (Sandhills)yesterday and was quite pleased. The food was seasoned just right, the shrimp were very large. On a scale from 1-10 I'd give it a solid 8 1/2. The only negative thing I have to say is they forgot my seafood salad with my order. Overall, I will definitely go back.

Sign says they open at 12 on Thursday, but was not . Staff was in the building but refused to open on time causing a lot of people to get out just to pull on the door and they not open. Money lost . And they never answer the phone. Do better!!!!

This was some of the best fried food I have ever had, and I have had a good bit! We were on our way home and we stopped here because we don't live here, and I’m glad we stopped. It was hot the whole time and was crispy and not too salty! I recommend it to everyone!

Service is EXTREMELY slow. I waited 45 min for food. There were more people sitting and waiting for food than eating. I suppose tables are designed for waiting instead of dining. Crabs weren't the best unable to crack. For a new establishment service time will destroy the business.

If you love seafood, you will love Mr. Seafood. They just opened a new spot in Towne Center Place behind Belk in the Sandhills of Columbia in case you are missing them on Two-Notch Road. (That location will be open again sometime soon.). I had the large snow crab legs. They were cooked in the Louisiana boil style with an egg, corn and potatoes but the sausage was extra. Their secret sauce is the bomb! So scrumptious! It is really finger-licking good. I also had the fried oysters. They were tender, juicy and not over cooked. The size of the oysters was good and meaty. This is a wonderful seafood establishment. The homemade cakes for dessert were moist and delicious as well. They have several flavored lemonades. The owners are kind and look after the customers who eat-in ensuring everything is going well with their meal. They are personable and enjoy people. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious, not salty or overseasoned. There is a nice sized sitting area next door that was spacious, clean, and had a TV. The staff, Ms Diane and crew, were super friendly as well. The food was really good but some of my shrimp was over cooked. Also the meal i got it was supper to come with 2 potatoes(i think) but it was just one potato cut in half.

I got fried crabs and they were good but just a little smallish I also got a slice of lemon pound cake and it was the best I have ever tasted the next time I go there I'm ask if I could get a whole cake baked for me it was just that good and also got a 12 piece garlic shrimp combo the shrimp are big the garlic sauce is nice I just liked a lil more spice to mine but will definitely go back for the fried crabs and lemon pound cake
Where should I start! .. If you are looking for a great family environment, amazing food and awesome service. This restaurant is a must. They took very good care of our basketball team "TSF". The owner and staff made sure we were comfortable and taken well feed... We got a couple of platters, and everything from the seafood to the wings and lemonade was delicious...Kid-friendliness: The owner made time to entertain my grandson on several occasions.Parking: Open lot and up front parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Came from Philly to watch a basketball game. Mr. Seafood was referred to me by a family member who resides n Columbia, the FOODDDDDD is SOOOOOO DELICIOUS and the staff is SOOOOOOO NICE & PLEASENT. So happy we went there.
