After being there 15 mins at the bar and getting ignored while the server, or whatever she was went to the next guy I got a $20 plate of fat, nasty Mac and cheese. The Bush's baked beans were atl east warm. STAY

Visited for the first time with my mom and grandma. And as soon as I entered the restaurant I noticed the beautiful Looking salad bar. And that’s what I tried and it was absolutely delicious. Service was great and the appearance of everything was nice. Can’t wait to come back and try the oxtails.

I am a OTR driver. It was the best I have eaten in a long time. Didn't need anything (salt, pepper,). Wonderful food.

I try to find soul food restaurants that have oxtails. Today I'm very disappointed. Paying $19 plus a tip for a take I don't mine, but opening your plate and you have more fat than meat makes me feel like I was cheated.

They only got one star due to the fact that we got our food very quickly the lady with the gold teeth had a nasty attitude the prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you receive everything was salty the oxtails were tough and the cornbread was burnt at the bottom

We really wanted to try this place. Our first concern was the the fact that there was no customers especially when it suppose to be a good soul food restaurant. Needless to say we decided to give it a try. The prices to me was kind of expensive but we stayed. We ordered and it took over 30 plus so we decided to leave. It is so frustrating to go to a restaurant and not get good service nor good quality food. So disappointed.

Don't let the lack of decor fool you. This place has future potential and will do well. The food is phenomenal and tastes like big momma from soup food was in the kitchen throwing down. In a group of six individuals with different likes, there was something for everyone. Good people, the servers are young and learning yet very respectful. Great food, seasoned right and served promptly. We live several hours away but will make the trip back just for this place.

We waited for about 30mins my husband ordered fried chicken and it came out Freshly cooked and Hot. I ordered the meatloaf it was a little dried out and not as moist as I expected but it was flavorful.Dietary restrictions: The waitress informed us that none of their meals are cooked with pork

Great food! I've been rocking with Ms. B's every since they were off Fairfield Rd. in Columbia! Love the food!

We wanted to support this Black owned local business. There was a mold like smell. There were 2 large roaches. The prices were high. We didn't stay. We left. I was disappointed.

They respect the shine but don't appreciate the grind!! I get it, this place isn't the most attractive visually, it's obviously a growing small business so they're understaffed. There's no monkey girl smiling and jumping in your face when you enter, but if you get out your fickle feelings, support and enjoy the food this place will flourish. I enjoyed the food and believe in due time with the right support this place could become a city favorite along with it's sister cafe.

Was looking for some place new to eat. Saw this place on Google and decided to try it. Soon as I walked in I was turned off by this funny smell...like old mop water. Instantly look for the letter grade which was no where in plan sight. Young lady came from the back and just stared at me. Had to tell her it was my first time there just to get her to show me the menu. She came back out a little later, still did not speak. Not one word. Only saw the restaurant letter grade after I decided not to eat there...it was a B. Definitely steering clear of this place.

Food was not tasteful. Mac and cheese burnt. Cornbread taste like fresh eggs, rice and gravy watery. For this price, you can make it yourself

Good ole fashioned southern food!! I've gotten the pot roast twice and was super satisfied. Added bonus was the slice of red velvet cake!
