I stopped by the other day to grab a matcha latte. First, the young lady at the register was not very attentive nor friendly … did not even greet me. Really cold behavior and weird. Matcha was also mid… and overpriced. Only thing that is nice about this place is the aesthetic. Waste of my money. I would never return even if it was offered to me for free.

Service was great! The owner was super sweet and accommodating when I didn’t like the one that I ordered when they didn’t have to! Will definitely come back when I’m in Cola again.

Disappointing for the price. Went in and got a brownie cookie, Match Tiramisu, and a crème brûlée. Tiramisu was dry and the crème brûlée was completely liquid. Cookie was good though!
We’ve been here a few times before, and while the deserts are wonderful, the staff could use a bit more training in the customer service department. I’m very much -not- a firm believer in the “customer is always right,” as I believe the idea encourages unnecessary and gross entitlement from people, but I do believe the customer should be treated with patience, respect, and diligence when required.
I will admit when our group arrived at 9:45ish last night, we weren’t sure if we should’ve pushed our luck with ordering anything and felt guilty even asking, but the amount of attitude and passive aggression we were met with kind of nullified that guilt and made the situation borderline comical.
Note to your employees: when people ask if it’s “okay to still order coffee this close to you closing” it’s not a rhetorical or “gotcha” question. Not everyone knows how or when you clean your machines or the difficult process you undertake to do so — just communicate instead of sighing, rolling your eyes, and huffing the rest of the encounter.
Note to management: you should change your hours as your employees feel they should be heading home at 10pm, so 9:30pm should be the advertised closing time. You should also properly display your hours at multiple stops seeing as you’re inside of another business with differing processes. People were still eating at the restaurant and being served at the bar, so it can come off a little confusing to determine what is open vs what isn’t.
Additionally, you should label the outside seating as having hours as well. We thought we were being polite by opting to get out of the way and eating outside, but it turns out your employees have to wrangle all of that as well and thus we inconvenienced them even more. We tried to make this right by stacking our chairs and cleaning the table ourselves, which was met with even more passive aggression, but I digress — maybe in my 15 years of customer service I missed the training where tantruming and passive aggression were acceptable ways to treat people in general.

I just relocated to the area and hadn’t found a cafe that I really enjoyed yet. This place was a 10/10. I had the best strawberry matcha ever!! Please visit and enjoy the wonderful customer service. This is my new go to for coffee & drinks.
Rice Krispy treats are great!
Everything was delicious. We bought three different desserts and two drinks and all were great!

Absolutely terrible. For the price they charge, tiramisu was a joke. Dry, stale, and nowhere near what tiramisu should taste like. The worst I’ve ever had. Total rip-off.
P.S. the server was super nice so 10/10 for service

For special occasions, vacations, and sometimes “just because” we end an adventure with a great dessert and decaf coffee. The goat cheese cheesecake and tiramisu crepe cake were next level, and rivaled the dessert places we found in London and Amsterdam. Highly recommend! #NotesForTracy approved!
