Horrrrrible! The whole place should be shut down. They are absolutely horrible. I had received overcooked food, and I went back for refund and they called the police saying I was harassing them. My fries were burnt, bread over cooked, wings were some slimy and some overcooked burnt. I will never ever again return. and Amber is a horrible employee. She does not care long as she makes her minimum wage, and the older white lady is just as rude. I even saw roaches inside the store so be careful

Food was surprisingly good. We got the Philly cheese steak. It had plenty of meat and toppings. The inside had a bit of an odd odor and the tables were sticky. I wouldn't stay to eat on the inside but the food was good to take to go. The staff were nice as well

Chicken tenders were like rubber one day and the lady owner and her uncle called me a liar wouldn't remake or refund NASTY ATTITUDE!!! OVER A YEAR LATER WHICH WAS LAST NIGHT SPENT ALMOST 70 DOLLARS EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE BBQ CHICKEN WINGS COULD ONLY EAT THE FLATS THE DRUMS WERE TOO HARD TO EAT AND IM GLAD I ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT WENT IN TO TAP PAY AND ALMOST THREW UP WHEN THE COOK CAME AROUND THE CORNER WITH HIS TOES OUT EEEWWWW WHERE THE SOCKS AND SHOES AT MANNNN

Placed an order in drive through for a hamburger, all-the-way, and a grilled chicken sandwich, all-the-way. I asked what would be on the sandwiches when I ask for it to be all-the-way and the person said everything. I told the person I wanted lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, mustard, ketchup and pickles on the sandwiches but no ketchup on the grilled chicken sandwich. They said ok and I proceeded to the pickup windows. I paid for my order, and the person gave me my change back and said my food will be out in a few minutes, thus was approximately 12:15 am. At 1am I drove around to the front since I couldn't get anyone's attention from the drive thru window that was open and asked if my food was ready and that I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. The guy went back to find my order and came back with it a minute later. Needless to say it was cold, the chicken sandwich smelled strongly of fish and both sandwiches were not made the way that I asked. I asked for a refund and they denied giving me a refund, I asked for a receipt and the guy decided to argue about asking me earlier if I wanted a receipt instead of just giving me a receipt. They did call the manager on the phone and told me to come in the next day but didn't tell me what time. So now I'm here and now they are saying we don't give refunds and the owner isn't here and they don't know when the owner will be in next because she "comes and goes". Out of all the Nick's in the cola metro area, this is by far the worst one in my experience. I seriously doubt I will be getting my $14.85 back. They gladly took the sandwiches back, but apparently customer service only extends to happy customers and not when they screw up.

So this was my first and last time. I ordered wet lemon pepper wings. They were not I still can't explain but glad I got five. The salad was just lettuce and shrimp.I was like where are the toppings it said it comes with Bell peppers, banana peppers, onions, and tomatoes so just ate the shrimp.
