Great Gyros! the gizzards were good but could have been less grissle. Fries were good but no ice in the soda machine, but they were willing to fill it up if asked, from the back.

Changing the fry size from a tray to a little bag with a 20 pc wing order makes no sense because the wing to fry ratio barely equaled out when it was a tray.

A change like this should be told to customers a month or two after the change when placing an order. To ensure customers know what they are purchasing.

I understand you are a business and probably will get more money by separating the tray size fries because then that’s what an extra 10 bucks you’ll be charging per tray ? Ontop of the 20 dollar 20 pc wing.

This will most likely be our last time purchasing this meal from nicks and it was our main go to meal with nicks and no need to purchase the 30 pc wing for the tray of fires which once again did not equal fry to wing ratio in the start and this throws the ratio off even more .

This is a very disappointing change and like I said we will not be back for this meal because you guys just messed up the vibe and everything.

Let me know if yall change it back , that would be great because in my opinion this is a messed up move to make to your consumers.

There was a misunderstanding about what two pieces of fish is. I asked the cashier how many pieces of fish come with the combo and I was told two. When I got the order I checked if and it was one piece of fish cut in half. She checked it and said that is the way we serve it by cutting it in half. However this was not explained to me, so when I asked can I pay for a whole piece of fish and she allowed me to.

After waiting for 9 minutes I asked how much longer was it going to be and she responded it takes a while to sauté fish. I waited and watched the cook prepare other meals. Another worker was in the lobby and I asked him if he could check on the status of the fish and she said to me with a raised voice 'he don't have anything to do with the front he don't know about it". He work drive threw.

I said if it is going to be much longer I may have to ask for the other food to be cooked over because the food is getting cold. The lady started yelling to back "how much longer on the fish and she want her money back'. So the supervisor (I guess) started walking up yelling she always complaining, just give her her money back.

I told him that first, I did not ask for my money back and that they were very unprofessional. The lady wanted to go back and forward and I told him exactly what I said and she made that assumption on her own. He said to me, well if you knew how to cook fish you should know it takes a long time. (wow) The thoughts that ran through my mind, I didn't say.

I said all I wanted to know was how much longer was it going to be for the one piece of fish and the fish then came up. At that point everyone was watching and just staring. So embarrassing. I told the guy he should have handle it and myself better than he did and he walked off. I said I would like a refund. so he said yelled his name and said she wants her money back, he said, give her the money back as he brushed me off with his hand gesture.

The lady said to him, she going to have to wait. after three minutes I started recording her while she bagged condiments and took others orders for another six minutes. That was a waste of 40 minutes.

To touch on his comment about always complaining. Yes, I have complained twice before because of the nature of the food that I was served. The food was old. It was a burger that had cheese that looked like it was frozen and reheated, the lettuce and tomatoes was withered with no texture or form to it and the bread was soggy wet. I was not going to accept that and yes I called and complained and returned it. The other time was for some wings, yes wings. I was told that they half way cook them and when the order come in the cook them until they are fully cooked that makes the wings fresh and less time to cook.

Valid complaints to me, Its my money and If it is not to my liking I will address it. I gave grace those times because my order was made fresh for the burger meal and money returned for the wings. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I have never been treated this way when I've had an issue that I addressed at this location.

As a business that serves the public, some of the staff members at this location are poorly trained and lack customer service skills and accountability. The way this situation was handled lacked integrity, knowledge on how to deal with customers who have unresolved complaints, long wait times, lack of empathy and again RUDE and UNPERFESSIOONAL BEHAVIOR!
