Nothing Bundt Cakes

I visited this location today around 1pm and there was an older, white male employee who was extremely rude and obnoxious to me for absolutely no reason. I initially asked him what the date was on the last lemon cake he pulled and then I asked if he would be removing the seran wrap on the cake and he repeatedly answered the first question in a rude and dramatic way, but did not listen to hear and answer my second question at all. I kindly asked him to hold on as that is not what I asked and I did hear his initially answer before he repeated in so many ways with negative facial expressions where even the customer beside me agreed that he was very apparently being rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. Another worker came out and I asked her to ring me up and asked for the supervisor who excused his behavior stating that he simply is thorough in his responses which had absolutely nothing to do with his behavior towards me and very poor customer service. Now the manager has expressed poor customer service and informed me when I inquired about a corporate number to call to complain, that she has never called so she doesn't know it nor does she know where to find it because she never used it. She is a supervisor so she should know. This was totally unacceptable customer service and treatment from the employee and manager.

Really good stuff, I’ve been many times. Was really disappointed with my recent visit though. The shop closes at 5pm, so I left work early to try and get there beforehand. Walked in at 4:57 looking to buy a premade cake, and the girl inside told me “we’re closed”. I asked what time they close and she said “5pm but we already started closing procedures sooo…”. They hadn’t even locked the door yet. Won’t be back to this location.

Delicious moist cake highly recommended these cakes.

I had the carrot cake it was very dry and I ask if it was fresh I've been to a lot of different Bundt Cakes I will not go back to this one

This amazing shop pit together a full gender reveal cake in 15 minutes flat. They found a way to make our exciting day perfect by customizing a colored rattle for the reveal. The staff was knowledgable and fast. They even have a military discount!

They are for sure nothing but cakes; of course, bunt cakes, the stores filled with cake decorations able to be bought, from what i saw moderately priced. they do custom cake orders; often same day pickup for the lesser desiged cakes, as i noticed from the few times I've been there. They have a variety of flavors, and they change out for each season. The cakes are decently priced, and the sizes range from small cakes to full bunt cakes. I'd recommend going here if you ever just had that hankering for a sweet treat and need a quick fix. They don't do dine in, just in case some may think this is a sit in, I've seen a few people ask here and there if it's a sit-in location.

Parking: They have a few amount of parking spaces near their location, and you may need to park in the shopping plaza right near it rather than up close to the location.

I'm hooked purchased a birthday cake ? in sept. I've been back 6 times. Only had Red velvet and Lemon.

The District Manager around 29209 - I think that's what they are referred to - stopped by my place of employment a few weeks back with samples and coupons and found out I have Celiac's Disease and couldn't eat what they brought... today they show up with a few GLUTEN FREE bundt cakes for me ????♥️ I am so touched! The flavor and texture was incredible I am on a sugar rush and blown away by that level of customer service!!!

When I entered the store the two staff were dealing with customers. Neither one of them acknowledged that I was in the store. I was standing there for a while. Then someone entered and the African american girl acknowledged that she entered the store. I don’t know your policy but it did seem a little odd and rude.

I ordered my cake one day before, it ready at the pick up time. One of the best cakes I have ever tasted. It was decorated just as I requested. I know where I getting my next cake!
