Placed order two days in advance, called an hour before pickup to confirm it was ready day of pickup. Upon arrival the individual working found out they gave my order to someone else and acted as if it wasn't her problem or a big deal. This employee had a very negative attitude and didn't offer any options to fix their screw up. This place sucks, don't waste your time dealing with people who can't execute basic service.

I visited this location today around 1pm and there was an older, white male employee who was extremely rude and obnoxious to me for absolutely no reason. I initially asked him what the date was on the last lemon cake he pulled and then I asked if he would be removing the seran wrap on the cake and he repeatedly answered the first question in a rude and dramatic way, but did not listen to hear and answer my second question at all. I kindly asked him to hold on as that is not what I asked and I did hear his initially answer before he repeated in so many ways with negative facial expressions where even the customer beside me agreed that he was very apparently being rude and disrespectful to me for no reason. Another worker came out and I asked her to ring me up and asked for the supervisor who excused his behavior stating that he simply is thorough in his responses which had absolutely nothing to do with his behavior towards me and very poor customer service. Now the manager has expressed poor customer service and informed me when I inquired about a corporate number to call to complain, that she has never called so she doesn't know it nor does she know where to find it because she never used it. She is a supervisor so she should know. This was totally unacceptable customer service and treatment from the employee and manager.

Really good stuff, I’ve been many times. Was really disappointed with my recent visit though. The shop closes at 5pm, so I left work early to try and get there beforehand. Walked in at 4:57 looking to buy a premade cake, and the girl inside told me “we’re closed”. I asked what time they close and she said “5pm but we already started closing procedures sooo…”. They hadn’t even locked the door yet. Won’t be back to this location.

I had the carrot cake it was very dry and I ask if it was fresh I've been to a lot of different Bundt Cakes I will not go back to this one

This amazing shop pit together a full gender reveal cake in 15 minutes flat. They found a way to make our exciting day perfect by customizing a colored rattle for the reveal. The staff was knowledgable and fast. They even have a military discount!
