I LOVE this place! It’s always clean it’s always a pleasure to see Ms Robin, she’s so sweet. The cake is soft and it’s a few flavors I really like. White Chocolate Raspberry is really good, Lemon, red velvet, Snickerdoodle and Strawberries and Cream are the best. The carrot one is good but it has the holiday pumpkin spice feel. The Reese’s one was disappointing, that’s the only one I don’t care for. I wouldn’t buy that one again. Chocolate mint is really good too. The bundles are normally $5 plus tax, very reasonable. The Birthday cakes are so pretty and can be made fresh.

Staff wasn't helpful and rude and my cake was dry which is a first. This was my first time at the Sandhill location. definitely won't be back there. Forest Drive is always pleasant and my cakes are always fresh and the staff is always pleasant!!!!

I should have read reviews before heading here. I should have gone to my normal location on Harbison where the staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. This location was quite the opposite: unfriendly, unprofessional and... let's just say avoid this location if you want good service. Workers and management need a few lessons in true customer service.

I’ve been wanting to try this place because I thought it was such a novel idea – and name. So, I read all these Google reviews and wondered if there was another NBC in Sandhills because I couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit. I told Kiah this was my first visit, and she answered all my questions and explained about signing up for their eClub entitles you to a free bundtlet on your birthday. Since my b’day is Wednesday, why not! AND because I signed up for that I got a BOGO. So far so good. But is the cake worth it? Oh yes it is! I purchased the Carrot bundt and got the White Chocolate Raspberry for my BOGO. I’m sure the WCR will be just as delicious as the Carrot one was. Five stars all around!!!

This place is a Joke! I see why everyone goes to forest drive Location this location in Sandhills are always changing staffs which is very unprofessional. I went inside to get a cake and the lady that helped me was a very sweet young lady and I told her that I would be coming back just bc she was so sweet but I seen with my own eyes where a guy came from the back and the young worker spoke to him and he didn’t speak back but went to the other young lady and spoke to her and I felt that was so rude and unprofessional but to walk inside with different faces every couple of months I begin to think something is wrong inside!!Different Atmosphere on forest drive the same employees and they are familiar with you which is always nice Forest drive gets a 5 star I see why this Bakery have the most bad reviews and most of the reviews are all horrible may be they need a new Manager in place to make sure all employees are treating fairly where they will all feel comfortable without been in a uncomfortable situations!Mangers are rude and me and my whole family use to come here but may be Mangers are not doing they job my whole family will be writing they experience here.

Any “Nothing Bundt Cakes” in Columbia but the Village at Sandhills location. The store is awful and for the third time in a row - I am walking out without a cake. You can never get what you ask for - poor customer service. I don’t think they know customer satisfaction.I will continue to go out of my way to shop at the locations on Forest Drive and Harbison Blvd. - always perfect service and product
Walked in asked a question 3 times just to be laughed in my face and told “I guess” didn’t buy anything and will never buy anything from these people.

I have had several good experiences here. It’s a good product at reasonable prices. The red velvet and lemon are my favorites. I order small cakes for our plant leaders for bosses day last year and it went over well.

Let me tell you about THIS place. First of all, everyone working there when I went in on 3/11 were friendly. THAT is always a BIG plus.I ordered a two-tier Bundt cake earlier in the week to pick up. One cake white chocolate raspberry and the other strawberries & cream. The presentation was beautiful but the TASTE. Woooooo! The cake was moist, super flavorful, and just flat out GOOD GOOD GOOD. Made a man almost cry.I super recommend this place. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

This location in the Sandhill area , where I picked up a white chocolate raspberry on Valentines Day, sold this cake and it was soggy on the bottom. I followed the directions to serve at room temperature but this cake was not good. I talked to a shift leader and Manager Teri and I did not get any help except blaming it on me. Just not a good experience.
