So my husband and I went on a date here and haven't been in years. We got seated promptly but the waitress was a disaster. I don't remember her name but she is a colored lady with blonde weave. We waited 15 mins on just our drinks and getting our order taken. Then another 15 mins just for her to come with bread sticks and no salad and to tell my husband that he has to change his order because of no marsala!!! We then waited another 5 mins on menu again. Well she never came back to take his order or bring us salad!! I had to ask another lady just to help me pay for my bill for my drinks and take off the rest so we could leave. Our waitress would go to every other table but ours and refused to give us a check. Instead she tried to get us to talk to a manager!! I feel disrespected and I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. The restaurant was only about half capacity!! Needless to say my date was ruined thanks to this! Thank God my husband is awesome and put on chili this am!!!

Spinach artichoke dip was over salted.
Chicken ravioli was overcooked.
The other chicken dish which I can't remember was undercooked.
I ordered something simple for spaghetti and meatballs, and it tasted terrible.I couldn't finish eating it made it me nauseous.
And my wife's second dish was overcooked as well, not the entire thing but partially.
The service was good however, only gets four stars because the manager was not called after five failed dishes and nothing offered to compensate the extreme wait time while we had a baby with us. The only compensation I would say is the handful of mint chocolates that she brought us as an unspoken apology.
The zupa toscano is fine.
Did not attempt to contact me olive garden. We will not be returning.
Dining and putting food into your body should be an intimate pleasurable experience, not revolting.

I placed my order, waited 25 minutes (Olive Garden's normal pickup time), arrived at check-in, and 15 minutes later they came out and told me it would be ready soon! Seriously?! Terrible service! So lazy!

Food took over an hour to come out and we had to remind them of what we ordered. My child’s food was automatically substituted without asking. Our waiter was missing a lot and other tables came and went before our food got them with another waitress. Our appetizer was brought out at the end and clearly reheated. I had to go find silverware for our table. The manager walking around with no care in the world her staff was struggling. I normally love olive garden but will never go to this one again!

Ran out of the chicken gnocchi soup and spinach artichoke dip at 8pm on a Friday. Beyond disappointed because this was the reason for my visit. Honestly may never come back to this location.👎

Was the first time last valentines day. Had to wait more then an hour on meatballs that never came. Our food was finally presented. Did not look all that good. I tried some of my wives chicken we both were sick the next day. Likely the kept our food at warmholders to wait for those meatballs. You can not fo that with chicken. I wanted to give them second change in July. Meatballs came this time but were cold. This is not a good restaurant and sure can not handle if it is crowded on special days. Try to complain on their website is also a drama, because it can not with to much text. For me no next time this restaurant.

We had a party of 6 at 3:45pm it was busy but it was tax free weekend and so many people in the surrounding shops. Josh was our server. Oh. My. Goodness. He was so great! We were a simple table, all soups and salads and one kids meal but it’s still a lot to keep all ours bowls refilled and drinks full and he did so great. My daughter did have to wait about 20 mins to get her soup as they were out of the chick and gnocchi but it came eventually. We sent him back like three times for soup refills and he was kind and on top of it just filling things as he saw needed. We spilt the check and I left a 20% tip even after my friend dropped a 20& tip on the table. Josh should run the training program there is that exists… I would LOVE to say I’ll be back just because of the service, but never again. I have heard about the traffic there and I know tax day made it worse but it took us 45 mins to get out of the parking lot and through the light. People were miserable and selfish not letting people in, getting out of cars yelling. I honestly thought people exaggerated about the traffic there but even the hostess who was so sweet and all smiles said she gets off shift and just goes and sits in the parking lot for hours because she knows nobody will ever let her out. That’s no way to live. I can’t ever see myself going back to that area of town again. Anything my teens wanted from that mall nearby there I can order online and not deal with the continued ugliness of bumping and elbows and running through my child and cutting people off and blocking traffic over 2” advance on the pavement … Its a shame what I saw in people continuously all day around there. Nope. But thank goodness for Josh. He turned the day around… just in time to sit in that lot …

My friends & I loved coming here in college & it was one of our staple/go-to restaurants. Lots of great/nostalgic memories. We love getting the soup, salad, & breadsticks, & enjoy the restaurant atmosphere. I have been back many times with friends/family & always enjoy going. The food is good & it’s fun to try new things each time. It will always be a nostalgic gem in my heart, a go-to spot for me. Love it.

I took my family out for supper while on vacation. We arrived at 9:30. Getting our drinks, rolls, appetizers and salad it took forever. When the waiter finally started bringing out our food, it was the wrong order.. I ordered endless soup and salad only to get one bowl of soup because he stated everyone else kept grabbing it before he could 🤷‍♀️ We left at 10:53. My grandson actually asked for his to be put in a to-go box. I could see if the restaurant was crowded but it wasn’t. So disappointed 😔

The food was excellent, and the stuff were good, but their prices have gone up so much that it was literally $120 for my wife and I, plus our two kids to eat lunch. Way too overpriced.
