The food was ok as always. it's way overpriced. We went in for my nieces birthday and they apparently had a last minute catering order that they excepted knowing they were not staffed appropriately no one told us until we got seated and the waitress literally said "so are you going to leave or what." We stayed and all she did was complain the rest of our time there about the catering order and I guess anything that popped up. An order was delivered incorrectly and she again literally said "do you want to deal with it or do you want me to take it back and who knows when you'll get another...." My family and I will definitely not be back to here again.

I am impressed with the quality of the product at olive garden since I went there back in 2014. The salad + breadsticks were first-rate and so was the waitress!! The only sauce that I don't like was the triple cheese tomato sauce and it tasted like pureed baby food. Again, I am pleased with the service. ??

Food was bland. Alfredo sauce and noodles had no salt or flavor. Do you guys believe in seasoning food???
Experience was stellar this particular evening. Management came by to check on us and my partner forgot to mention he wanted to replace his Alfredo with spagetti. He replaced it at no charge even after our meal had been served. And our waiter was extremely courteous and polite throughout our entire meal. It was absolutely a wonderful dinner.Kid-friendliness: Has kids menu and (not sure if they still do) have mini pack crayons and sheet for kids to color while waiting on meal.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking, and ADA accessible ramps available on sidewalks

We stopped in for dinner on our way home (to Toronto, Canada).Our server, Ronnel (not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, fast and checked on us several times throughout our dinner.Everything was great, my only issue was the condition of the men’s washroom.My husband mentioned it was disgusting. I had to take our 7 year old son into the women’s washroom because it wasn’t cleaned. It could have only been during the time we were there, but after an hour, it still wasn’t cleaned.
