People Hella lazy, place was empty with a 15 minute wait. The hostess said she was waiting for someone to clean the tables. The place was dirty. Why she couldn't do it is beyond me. Three to four party waiting. Wish I would have taken a pic.

I had a long day driving, just checked into my hotel and I was hungry, it was a little later, maybe 9:00 pm. I was greeted by Sandra, the hostess. It was getting late but she was so friendly and charming. Had a pleasant conversation with her and felt immediately at ease. She seated me and said that my server would be Ayah and she would be great, and she was. My dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you Sandra & Ayah, I had a long day and you made my night, thank you!

I ordered the outback burger and was slightly disappointed. The burger lacked flavor and for some reason was extremely greasy and soaked thru the bun. That made it almost impossible to pick up and eat due to the grease soaking thru the bun. The fries as well as the waitress were very good tho!

First off, we had reservations for 2 at 6 pm. When we arrived, I would say the restaurant was 50% or less full, but yet we had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated, which isn't a big thing, but inconvenient. Secondly, the air conditioning either was not cut down or it could not keep up due to it being a rather hot day. Si, the dining experience was a little uncomfortable. Third, the service was not very good. I ordered a second beverage and never received it. Our server would disappear from time to time and seemed to not be on top of things. I am thankful that my wife had a glass of water (lol). The food was average to good. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I am just trying to be honest. Would I return? I don't know.

I took my husband out on his birthday on July 22, 2025 to the Two Notch location in Columbia SC. He ordered the large bone-in rib eye & I ordered the Alice Springs chicken. Both of our entrees were so pepper hot that he ate half of his & I brought most of mine home. I still can’t eat it. I never remember the steaks or chicken tasting so pepper hot. What happened???

We had some major issues with foot stuff. However the service was wonderful ( thank you Ms Cupp) Big shoutout to the Professional Manager Ms Paige.. so kind, caring and supportive. All of our food ended up wonderful. Thank you for making our visit positive. We shall return!

My steak is prepared at my desired temperature every time!
Great service and no one at the table had any complaints so this is a big win because we had a large party and usually at least one person has an issue (and mostly because of the amount of people and not because of the service) We went on a busy weekend and didn't have any issues with getting a table or placing our order. We've had an issue with this particular location once before but I think it was mostly the server which I won't go into detail now but it ended up with us having a new server. This was by far the best experience we've had as a group at an outback and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal in this area!

Ordered take out - the attendant immediately came to me before I even checked in. She was super courteous and professional- once she brought my order she offered to go through it with me to make sure all was in order or if I needed anything additional- I knew I didn’t need to as I have never had an issue at this location with takeout service!! Always a great job Outback!
