I dined in tonight for dinner and literally the worst mistake! I ordered a ribeye to be well done and was given a ribeye with 3 different cook temperatures. Quality of the food is not good! I also ordered a butter cake that was hard and looked to be old. Highly disappointed, first time dining with them and will definitely be my last!

BEWARE! Outback will respond to reviews to make it look like they care but when you reach out to corporate they NEVER contact you back. That’s how terrible this place is.
My husband and I came in here for lunch. The server was a close-talker so it made interactions awkward/uncomfortable. The food was absolutely terrible. The server never came back after we received our food to tell him what was wrong. We had to quit eating the food it was so greasy and didn’t taste right. When we got the bill we were STUNNED to see it was $70! Lunch for two people and no alcoholic beverages?! That’s outrageous. We still tipped as if everything was great but never did I think a lunch at outback would cost a total of $83. We didn’t even take the food home for our dogs it was that bad.

I walked in at 3:45 and was told I couldn't be seated until 4 because of a shift change...what?? I asked..did you just ppen..the host said no. We just don't serve anyone until 4, while the restaurant was clearly open with people. She basically told me I could leave. I said I would just wait as I was staying in a nearby hotel and didn't want to walk elsewhere. I have never had any restaurant even an outback completely refuse to sit patrons at a table even with a drink while a shift change happens. Another couple of ladies walked in and asked about the before 4 special and the server said "I dont know anything about that-youll have to ask when you are seated". Did this employee not even know the service specials??? Nope..won't be returning here again. We'll, I wrote this whole review while waiting for the shift change and finally got seated. Let's hope the food was worth it!
I just finished dining at Outback Steakhouse this evening. While the food was decent, the service from Tiana was not up to par. She only appeared when bringing out our meals and didn't check in on us at all. Additionally, she didn't clear any dirty dishes from our table, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I believe Tiana could benefit from further training to enhance her hospitality skills.

Was told we had a 15-20 minute wait. Waited 30 and told we had what looked to be 10 more minutes. Two small parties of two were ahead of us. Only one was seated in the half hour we waited. The waiting area was crowded and standing room only when we left without ever being seated. Lots of empty tables, so obviously shorthanded on staff.Since this was not the first time we have run into this same issue at this location. One o'clock on a Sunday afternoon in a busy location, hire more staff.

If I can give -5 I will! Service was worse take order after 30 minutes with sitting and waiting for our waitress then should take orders and never come back we looking for her. She never come up to check we get our food or not.The appetizer does come out after one hour , The before appetizer we give the main court order, the main course coming out two hours 20 minutes later and it was cold that nothing no seasoning in a food, Then after they are charging us Extra dishes, what we didn’t order and my server was disappear we need to look her It was a nightmare. We spent three hours and we did not get our food properly. I will never waste money there again and I tell to my friends what experience I got there!

Canceled my online order over 1 hour after confirming it. No explaination from store—sent me an email notice. 3-5 business days to get refund. 8:45pm and now scrambling to find a new option before restaurants close.

Called to place an order and they have restrictions on how you can order a steak to be cooked. The Joey steak my daughter wanted have a required WELL DONE temp for her to order it. If your going to fully cook (and ruin) a steak, you might as well not offer one and just get a hamburger. We ended up ordering from Longhorns across the street. Same price and they don't restrict you from ordering steaks the way your family makes them.
Everything was great. Only one problem and maybe it is a personal problem, haha. I had my winter coat on the whole time. I was freezing

Ahi Tuna appetizer was equal to best tuna I have ever eaten. Perfect sear, seasonings and presentation. Coconut shrimp appetizer was on the greasy side. Service e excellent.

Parking: you would have to park in a store parking lot if too much spaces are took up right beside the building due to it being connected to other stores.

We met friends for a lovely lunch at Outback Steakhouse in Columbia. Our waitress Aja was wonderful, the food and atmosphere was great!!!
