Harbison Outback doesn't treat us the same as the Outbacks in Beaufort County or Savannah.Kinsley (?) has an unpleasant attitude today (which I understand just happens sometimes, so okay). All our food was overly spicy though we asked for no spice/pepper/extra seasoning. Mom always gets prime rib just the way she asks for it at any other Outback, but the manager here basically argued with her about not being able to do it that way, then brought her a pretty much raw (not just rare) chunk of meat. We had to ask repeatedly for the first refill. Now there is a doggone fly landing on all our plates. We have four plates of uneaten food, but they brought us one carryout box.At least they sat us near a window and we see two birds minding a nest <3
i made a mistake when placing a order on the app. i called to fix it and spoke to a very lovely young lady named Mackenzie. she helped to make sure my order was correct before it was made. She went through everything that was ordered and made it easy,and assured me that the mistakes would be corrected. Will be sure to order again!!!

I had the most refreshing experience here. After visiting other restaurant establishments, I have not been impressed with restaurant culture in a while. This was a breath of fresh air for me and my friends. Wonderful service, especially from Mia S. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed.

The first time we ate at this Outback the food was good, but our steaks and sides were absolutely drowning in butter. We've been back twice since then and have asked for no butter on the steaks, and very little on the sides. Everything since asking for that has been great, but you shouldn't have to ask. The ahi tuna appetizer is awesome and we ordered two of them last time we were in. 2 of 3 times they said they were out of bloomin' onion, which is like one of their signature items they should be sure not to run out of.Service is hit or miss. First time we had to keep asking for drink refills, next time our server was on top of everything. Atmosphere is also hit or miss depending on where you sit... first time we were in a corner and things felt very comfortable. Next time we were in a booth by the bar and had no issues. Last time we were at a booth in the middle of everything and it felt very loud and like we had no privacy.
