I have attempted to eat at this location several times in the past month (5 total) and each time they have some different issue going on.
the first time, i arrive at 11 am and was told that they would not have food for another 30 minutes. Mind you, this location opens at 10:00 am as posted online and at the door.
This happened again when i visited another day at 2pm. they stated they wouldn’t have anything ready for another “35 minutes”
on my final visit, I figured i’d try the drive thru. the girl stated that their drive thru was closed because they couldn’t hear anything.
they need to teach their staff time management cause it seems like they don’t start their jobs on time and wait til food is completely gone to begin cooking.

I placed an order online and they completely messed it up and didn't give me half my order. I had 3 entrees and only received 2 because they decided to write sorry on the small red boxes and gave me my entrees in it. Then I ordered white rice and they gave me fried rice. I ordered egg rolls and they said they didn't have any but instead of a refund they gave me a coupon. They said they were about to close when it was only 850pm. This is horrible service and I am very upset.

Customer Service was excellent. Shout out to Tasha. I had to wait on an item, and she went above and beyond to make up for the extra long wait that ended up happening. Additionally, the manager answered the phone, prior to my arrival, as I had a question. I greatly appreciated that, because I called a different location, and no one picked up. I do not live anywhere near a Panda Express, sadly, but was across town last week, so I made the drive over and was most pleased. The food was great, too! I hope to be back, again, sooner than later. Thank you, again!

I made a $60.45 order which I did NOT received my order or a refund. I called the restaurant first and am unfriendly employee stated to call DoorDash because someone picked up your food. I asked are you sure it was a DoorDash driver and what was her name, she could not provide that. She did not even show any good customer service skills or offered to make my order over or a refund. Just stated call DoorDash someone picked up your order, called DoorDash and they did not see where any driver picked up my order. Why would someone commit theft? That is NOT right for anyone to steal a family’s food and the amount of money too, $60.45 is too much to be playing with. Well, any amount is really with the economy that we live in. Why are people crazy and evil? Now I be questioning, did the restaurant even make my order? Said they made it and someone picked it up and really did not…mmmm questions that will be left unanswered. I even reached out to the store/emailed and did not get a response yet. Either a refund or my order remade would have been great customer service, but I am guessing the store does not care if they lose a customer, they probably thinking even if we lose one customer, it won’t hurt our business. But I always say GOD sees everything, nothing goes unnoticed. I was trying to get my family from out of state to enjoy Panda Express per their request, but that didn’t not happen and they was upset. I have a investigation going on about this!

Make sure that the cooks cover their hair and beard completely. Founds chunks of hairs in the foods

Terrible, just don’t. It is not clean and not in compliance with health regulations. Walked in and literally roach just chillin by the counter and I mentioned it and you know what happened? Nobody seemed to care! Also I was the only person there and there was no acknowledgment.

Just had the best experience. The entire team had the best customer service, the food is great, and the restaurant is clean.

I ordered online yes it did say some items may be short but dang given me hard dry burn rice like you scrape it out cuz that’s the crumbs and it’s the bottom of the pan ya won’t be see me no time soon 48$ down the drain

Great food, good music, excellent service, and my cub meal was packaged in a paper container instead of Styrofoam or plastic. Would love to see them use bamboo utensils one day.
