I love the food but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Went to order today at the drive through. The guy taking the order said hold on but then never came back. Five minutes later a girl came on and was very rude. I repeated twice to her that I wanted two of the chicken honey bowls, and she kept repeating a double order. I said no two orders of the same thing.
When I came around in the drive-through, I asked her to doublecheck, and she proceeded to get very loud and rude with me and say “ Well, I asked you twice “. She also forgot my other order of cream cheese rangoons.
The one I received (charged for both ) was cold.

Ordered takeout volunteered to wait for more rice during that wait in which they had me pay before I got the food server decided to take my portion of bourbon chicken out of the take out container and give it to another customer also when the rice was finally done they served 5 other people after I had already paid and was waiting on 1 item. Once it was finally my turn again he told me I have to wait for more bourbon chicken due to him giving it to someone else not sure if that's standard but definitely should not be

This place used to be alright…but they’ve gotten to where they don’t have food available. They won’t tell you until after you’ve paid and have been standing there for 15 minutes that there’s going to be an unreasonably long wait.

The food is shockingly amazing, especially when you consider the price. One of the best bargains around. The staff is friendly, variety of dishes. Fast. The same food at a traditional sit down restaurant would cost triple. Love this place. Kids love it too.

Every time I door dash, they leave half of my order off. They don’t answer the phones either so no one to answer for the mistakes. They know that we can’t just walk back inside so they don’t even try with door dashed orders.

The employees here are always amazing and efficient with keeping up with the entrees. If there’s a wait they clearly convey it and the wait isn’t usually longer than 10 minutes. I enjoy coming here to grab a meal for the family and will continue to do so.

Service was absolutely horrible, rude, disrespectful and degrading. Starts with the girl with all the face piercings being very nasty to the two ladies with a child in front of us. She was very disregarding, and her only vocal concern is that they were closing. It was 8 pm and they don't close till 9:30. When I noticed she wasn't listening to anyone, customers or manager, I voiced the issue to the manager. As i was explaining to him (Frank), she blurts out "well I'll let him do it and storms off (who's child is that). There is also the skinny white girl with tattoos that thought she was slick talking with the pierced girl about it on the drive thru head sets and giving me the stank eye at the same time. When I said something she acted like she couldn't hear but then turns around to responding to my nephew and I conversing on the other side of the restaurant. I attempted to discuss privately with the manager everything that took place and he decided to discuss it all in front of the team. He showed no emotion or concern regarding the matter. His only response is that they had a long week (its only Tuesday). If you go there you will be handled how ever they feel like handling you and they don't care. We went for dine in and just took out. 30 minutes ordeal.
