To be honest, its hit or miss. We've been at different times and sometimes they have all offerings and other times they are missing several items. Sometimes it tastes extremely fresh, other times it seems its been sitting there for a while.

Just left work around 7:30pm. I ordered 3 plates for myself and family to take home. I get there around 8:03pm and immediately get a notification on my phone saying order picked up. Unbeknownst to me, the gentleman I held the door open for, had my order in his hands on the way out. I approached the counter telling them my name and was handed someone else’s order with a different name that only had one plate 🤦🏾♀️.
I inform the young man who handed me the plate that it wasn’t mine. All the employees stand there confused. I show them the notification and said I think you gave my food away (just as they were about to give me someone else’s food). I waited a bit for them to check the camera to see if I was telling the truth, once confirmed I guess they started remaking my order.
I say “guess” because no one acknowledged me in that moment. No one said “our apologies miss, we’ll remake your order now”. It wasn’t until some time has passed that someone said “they’re remaking your order”. After a few more minutes elapsed he offered me a drink while I wait, but for some reason the atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming. It felt like it was my fault for their mess up and I told my husband on the phone while I waited “they’re going to ration my portions now because it’s a little before closing and they don’t want to make more food”. Well I was right.
I was about to leave and once again they were forgetting my 3rd plate but that’s not the worse part. I get to my car to check the food and they gave me 3 pieces of sesame chicken and a handful of peppers. So I had to go in again and get my order corrected.
Everyone gets tired at the end of a work day but that’s no excuse. I work 10 hours everyday. I had just worked 10 hours today and even after they gave away my food I stood there quietly and pleasantly. I didn’t give attitude. I didn’t raise my voice. Yet, they still tried to ration my food all because they gave my original order away.
I will not order from here again.

The family meal is always the best option for our family! Orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp are the kids favorite. Don't forget the ragoons!

I was in the drive through for 20 mins.They took orders every 3 to 4 mins. Only a few meats were done. They told me a 20 min wait on Pepper Steak.

It's a place with food... I was in the drive through-- they told me the mushroom chicken was out for the rest of the day, and they promised that their beef and broccoli had been made 5 min ago. Friends, the beef and broccoli was so old and mushy, I don't know why they told such an obvious lie. We were pretty unlucky with our noodles being dried out and approximately 2/3 cabbage, though the manager offered to let us come back for new noodles. The orange chicken wasn't very good. It was edible. It won't give you food poisoning. It's just not that great

Last minute decision to stop and dine in. Great choice picked by my son. I got a bowl and he did the 3 entree meal. Very clean environment and it wasn't crowded. Will definitely be back.

The girl in drive thru light skin with glasses horrible attitude for that reason there I will never return to this location then when I asked for the manager she said they didn’t have one I asked for her name she lied and said daisy when on the receipt said Itza B the time was 11:10 am my order was wrong I had to turn around and get it remade and it got remade by her with yet another attitude y’all need to get rid of this employee horrible customer service and I will be calling corporate.

Consistently runs out of food at night
I’ve come three different times this week and the drive-through is always closed for some reason. Why is there only two employees and no customers? Probably because the drive-through is always closed. I drove here from Chapin with multiple kids in the car who are sleeping? I was not going to wake them up. You just lost like 50+ dollars.
If they out of food at 830pm, they won’t make it. They will only offer what they have available. One night they only had 7 different items, and no beef items. Pretty pathetic, they close at 930pm.
