As you can see I order 3 portions of kung po chicken . Was given the wrong thing I didn’t see until I got home . I was given what I believed orange chicken . I tried to call the store 3 different times to see if the store can make it better or fix it . No one ever answers the phone . Highly disappointed as you can clearly see on the receipt and was given the wrong thing .

Tried to do a pickup order using the app tonight. Got error messages making it look like it didn’t go through. No confirmation text or email. It was timed for a 4:15 pickup. Then got two texts at 3:58 saying the food was ready. So my food was sitting there cooling off for more than 15 minutes before scheduled pickup? Showed up to find out they’d gotten the order after all… twice. Had to argue with an employee that I was not taking the second order, and then she awkwardly walked off after telling me to wait, and started ringing someone up. Someone else came and told me I was good to go. Got home to find that 2 of the 3 meals were wrong. I’m not sure how you mess up reading the sticker that says what goes in the box and then putting that item in the box. That concept shouldn’t even require training. Checked my credit card that evening and found I’d been charged twice. Pretty much the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had.

Can't explain how amazing the catering is.. the amount of food provided is absolutely amazing I fed over 30 ppl with enough leftovers and we like our food. Hot and fresh and the price can't be beat!!! Extremely happy and impressed and they will be going in our rotation for our weekly catering

I arrived at Panda Express around 8 PM, expecting to grab dinner before they closed, but I was really disappointed. The chairs were already up on the tables, most of the food on the line was gone, and they were only offering made-to-order items that would take about 8 minutes each to cook. They were also completely out of white rice, chow mein, super greens, shrimp, pepper steak, and several other options.
For a location that’s supposed to stay open for another two hours, it looked and felt like they were already closed. After driving 30 minutes to get there, it was frustrating to see the place practically shut down early. Definitely not the experience I expected from Panda Express.

Update: Have gone to purchase Honey Walnut Shrimp 3x in the month of October 2025 they have been out each time. Who is the ordering manager there this is ridiculous!
