There was hair in my food the managers hair at that she said I could get a fresh plate but nobody who works here other then one cook had a hair net on what happened to food safety ? Very inappropriate I will not eat here again.she offered me a free kids drink as well but not a 12.75 refund.

I would like to say thanks to Cindy for making a big order happen for me. I had one of my Son's first birthday at my house yesterday and I ordered 28 party trays of teriyaki chicken/orange chicken total. Everything came out great guests loved it. My order was to be picked up at a certain time and Cindy made that happen. Very professional, responsible and respectful. You did a great job Cindy thank you for making this happen for my Son's birthday party.

Worst food ever! I ordered off of doordash and Let me just say, never again. The food tasted old and was very dry. They also forgot to add my orange chicken to my plate. I just wouldn’t go here again based off the fact the food is horrible.

The window was broken and no sign up so we waited 10 min before driving to the next window. Upon arriving to the drive thru, we were not greeted. AT ALL. instead had to initiate our order letting them (3 people standing around seemingly doing nothing) know what we wanted. He told us the total and took our money gladly. Then gave us the incorrect order. When we waited there for him to come back he said “what’s wrong” to which we told him the order was wrong and made incorrectly. He asked “what we needed” and then proceeded to hand us a tiny little box of orange chicken. This was the most disgusting and rude interaction I have had at a Panda Express. I would NOT want these people representing my company. I also tried calling several times to speak with a manager on duty to no avail. When leaving, the line was about 7 to 8 cars long probably bc their drive thru isn’t working and they did not put a sign up. I would never recommend anyone coming to this location after this experience and disrespect. Hire people who want to work and are kind. Awful service, ill be shocked if my food isn’t spit in.

Why do I come in here and every time like half the food bowls are empty and who knows when they will be filled again. Lobby is also filthy. First time actually coming to this location. I've ordered delivery several times before though. The drive thru seemed a little tight but was navigable. The lady at the window was welcoming and friendly. The honey walnut shrimp is So Good!!
I often visit this location and I always get the same meal everytime but today I wanted try the new meal Firecracker steak and chicken and it was so good and expertly prepared by the young chef working today. Please comend him on a job well done. His name is Chris!

Came in at 10:03. They open at 10am so Ofcourse I was expecting some prep still being done. But no they start full prep and cooking at 10. Not sure what manager runs this location but that doesn’t seem to be a good idea. Not only that when I walked in ALL FOUR employees ignored the heck out of me and didn’t even look my way as I stood looking silly with no food to buy.
I asked a girl prepping tea do they really start serving at 10:30 and she seemed hesitant to even turn and acknowledge me and said yes.
So please just change the store hours.
I’m highly disappointed cuz I had a coupon and had 0 options to purchase other than only the broccoli being ready.
I went back and took pictures after the obvious coldness from the staff and girl I spoke to. Clearly making it clear to me Im a bother as a customer during open hours. And as you can see only one more item was ready.
If you’re behind in prep because someone called out or the scheduling manager didnt plan that day at least be nice to customers that walk in. Just a hello will suffice.
