I had a fantastic chipotle chicken avocado melt. There appeared to be someone new working the counter. I was charged for bottles of water when we wanted cups of water but Eli, helped refund those! Eli gave great customer service. Food was great, customer service was great!

Ordered online... side door was locked so you have to walk around to the front door. Got back to the office soup was cold and watery, sandwich fell apart as I tried to eat it.... use to come for lunch once a week but I think I'll stop going.

Excellent experience! I arrived early on a Wednesday morning, and Veronica unlocked the door right at 6am. I appreciated that the restaurant was clean, and she was ready to go. I ordered two bakers’ dozen bagels, and she was prompt and helpful. The bagels and service were great, and I highly recommend!

Good coffee, the cake dessert was't that tasteful, the chilly was amazing, just that the bowl was bigger than the portion, but very tasteful. Cistomer service a little slow and like, whatever.... 1st time here.
Wrong drink, wrong food. Took ridiculously long and it wasn’t busy. Panera, pay your employees better wages so you can workers that care about the service they’re providing. And stop asking your customers to supplement their income through tips. Never going to this location again.

I frequent Panera, always same order. Young man working kitchen on Tuesday evening, nailed it. Best sandwich ever! Kept it simple but RIGHT! Evening staff at this location are some of the nicest staff of any Panera i have been! Excellent job all!!

Went at a busy time. Food order wasn't correct but it was decent once it was fixed. Took longer than normal. The atmosphere was strange. There were people in there that weren't eating or drinking or working on computers, just sitting and watching/staring at other patrons.
