Generally the food was tasty. The orange scone and fruit parfait were yummy. The steel cut oats were good, but cold and a solid lump when i got them. The citrus punch unfortunately tasted fermented, but they replaced it with another drink of choice. Overall, we would return since most of the food we have found to be great.

Placed a catering order around 11a that was to be ready between 1-1:15p. Arrived at 1 and wait for about 17 minutes before inquiring if the order was being worked on and was informed that they hadn't even acknowledged receiving the order. Due to staff shortage the request was just sitting in the que. Like wth...if you can keep up with the online ordering...cut if OFF!!! Had to wait an additional 30m for an order that was placed way ahead of time and they wouldn't even offer drinks, credit...NOTHING for THEIR slackness!!!! And I spoke supposedly to both the manager AND asst manager both only offering to either make the order or refund! My boss is too nice to complain so I'm doing it for him because this was bad business practice.

I truly enjoy the Panera chain and have always had a positive experience in service and quality of food.

This is the worst Panera I've ever been to! It took 28 minutes for them to bring out the coffee refill and make a smoothie. I was one of three customers that they waited on during that time. Where was the staff? They were all in the back laughing, talking, and obviously not working! Where was the manager? No where. On top of that, it is dirty! Terrible, simply terrible.

Came in to get something to eat and was refunded and refused service because the customer service rep was offended because I was making conversation and told her she reminded me of a actress off Orange is the New Black and that it was a really good show. If you are offended by something like that you shouldn't be working on public. Upset disabled veteran denied services. Will not be recommending Panerea bread in the future.

This place is soooo frustrating. Every time I go in the evening the service is so slow, I’m guessing they are understaffed. I always place orders on the app and the estimated wait time is never accurate, today it took 30 mins past my order pick up time. The order wasn’t even right and luckily I checked the bag before I left.
When you know service is failing, take care of your customers somehow by at least offering a free drink or something. I hate leaving negative reviews but uhg I’m over it.

Came in for two bagels and a french baguette. Ate the baguette that day and it was already getting stale. The two bagels were so hard by the next morning that I couldn’t even cut through them. Genuinely unacceptable that they’re using day old baked goods instead of donating them or selling fresh baked goods. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend coming here!!

The register asks for a tip. I can't stand that. They don't serve tables, so what's there to tip. They gotta stop that practice.

I called at 10:30am. because online the soups are listed as sold out. I was told by Supervisor Chelsea that the soups will not be ready for 3 hours. I expressed to her that this is ridiculous. When the restaurant opens the expectation is for all food items to be
available for customers.

I love this location as it’s close to my home and when I’m sick I can order food and the door dash delivery drivers are excellent with getting my food her quick!

Coffee is always great and I have the sips subscription for the first time and it’s helping me save money for the new year!

What I was disappointed in is that I ordered a smoothie to my home because I’m ill and can’t go out. My smoothie arrived half filled and is already in a very small cup. I’ve ordered these before so I didn’t expect it to look like this.

Definitely wasn’t due to melting because the drive was amazing and got it to me within 5 minutes of making!

Sad with the smoothie because it’s already tiny so why not fill up the whole cup like other locations.

Dietary restrictions: Grateful they have things I can eat and coffee I can customize due to dietary restrictions.

Waited a grand total of 38 minutes for my salad. There was absolutely no management oversight supervising productivity, queue management and makes a complete mockery of the phrase “fast food”. Come here if you’ve got an extended lunch break otherwise give this place a miss!

This is absolutely the worst Panera’s I’ve EVER been to. The staff is rude and unresponsive. The food is not prepared well and the store is filthy. Save your money, go somewhere else!

We stopped here on our way back to Ohio. When we gave our order, we were told they were out of the bread that is served with the soup. Ordered a sandwich and was told they were out of chips and only had an apple because they were out of everything else. I asked if I could pay for a cup of dipping for my sandwich and was told no. I asked what they could provide for my dinner in place of the items I was not getting since they were out of everything and was told an apple, that I didn’t want. I asked to speak with the manager and guess what?? She was the manager. My food was put on a bag even though I told them I was dining in. They handed me a plate with my bag of food. As we were eating in the filthy dining room, we could hear them talking about me, laughing loudly and telling each other to shush, because they were so loud. I asked for corporate’s number from the young man who took my order and he told me I’d have to ask the manager for it. He ended up asking her and was told I could get it off the web

The entire restaurant was dirty, trash on tables, floor (including where they prepared the food) and bathroom. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage in the bathroom and dining area.

Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. It was sad to see these young ladies represent the company in such a poor, ghetto, and unsanitary manner. They didn’t have their hair covered and one with long extensions had her hands all in her hair.

I took pictures to show how horrible and nasty Panera Bread is in S. Carolina, in comparison to the top of the line sanitary and professionally ran restaurants are in Ohio. I also wanted to upload them so others could see where not to go to eat. This place needs to have a total overhaul and the staff needs to be replaced or retrained. Terrible service. Terrible treatment. Nasty restaurant.

The new beef sandwich was extremely disappointing. More bread than beef. The flavor was lacking probably due to so much bread. Not worth the price. This location has fell short before. Not returning.
