Do better with food allergies. I always confirm before ordering to ensure recipe hasn’t been changed, that my order will be gluten free. Girl at counter slides me a barcode to scan, which doesn’t take me to any chart or allergen info, and walks away to talk w a coworker. I finally walked out, without food.

First time eating from here. I ordered to-go , the employee was very curious and professional . My food was ready to pick up at the time she gave me, no waiting. Then the sandwich was phenomenal! Great job Panera!! All around great experience! I will be returning!

i have always loved panera, but i guess something has changed in recent years. the bagels are now super thin, instead of big & thick like they used to be, and the tub of cream cheese i bought tasted like absolutely nothing. quite literally like water.
i hope things change. such a shame for a place that used to be so good.

Omg I came for lunch and the outstanding customers service from Veronica was absolutely amazing. She is such a sweet heart and made me fell very welcome.. The extra step she did to make sure the table was clean. Her customers service is a 10..

Generally the food was tasty. The orange scone and fruit parfait were yummy. The steel cut oats were good, but cold and a solid lump when i got them. The citrus punch unfortunately tasted fermented, but they replaced it with another drink of choice. Overall, we would return since most of the food we have found to be great.

Placed a catering order around 11a that was to be ready between 1-1:15p. Arrived at 1 and wait for about 17 minutes before inquiring if the order was being worked on and was informed that they hadn't even acknowledged receiving the order. Due to staff shortage the request was just sitting in the que. Like wth...if you can keep up with the online ordering...cut if OFF!!! Had to wait an additional 30m for an order that was placed way ahead of time and they wouldn't even offer drinks, credit...NOTHING for THEIR slackness!!!! And I spoke supposedly to both the manager AND asst manager both only offering to either make the order or refund! My boss is too nice to complain so I'm doing it for him because this was bad business practice.
