Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I walked in , no greeting, no one asked how I could be assisted…. No one was even behind the counter. Negative 50 out of ten. Terrible service .

This is just my second time here and I will make it a point to never come back to this particular store. The customer service is bad and all I ordered was a mango smoothie and it’s taken almost 20 minutes. Also it isn’t busy so it isn’t as if they have tons of orders up which then I would be understanding but this is ridiculous. I will never send anyone here…
As I finished typing this someone finally came to the window. He apologized that no one gave me my smoothie and that he will remake it because it was no longer a smoothie….HE was kind and apologetic and for that I am thankful

Hadn't been to a Panera in two years or more. Had a great visit at this location recently. The cashier was enthusiastic and cheerful; I wish I could remember her name. The tomato soup and bread were comforting. The chocolate chip muffin was yummy, but I wish it were warm. The hot chocolate was less rich (creamy) and sweet then I prefer but it's hard to find amazing hot chocolate outside of a specialty dessert shoppe. I look forward to my next visit!

Very nice location, but they still don't have the kiosks to place an order. I appreciate the human interaction but at busier times it might help to have a self service option.
What clown show! Dogs in the dining room, over 30 min to place an order (oh yeah, the shift change), and homeless people panhandling under the pretext of "can you buy me cup of coffee," but most of all the manager talking to a "customer" who decided to get in my face as I was informing her of the displeasing situation. However, it looked as if he was an employee trying to hit on the female manager (you can tell he was just a dog talking trying to get some) and not a real customer. He was still hanging around as I was leaving the store. So, possible "boyfriend" hanging out distracting the manager from her job, but it sure seemed as if she was totally clueless on what that job is!
One last question, why am I being hit up for a tip when it is basically a self-service store, other than for the person taking my order? I go pick up my order and then I take my plates to the dirty plate pile which looked as if the trash receptacle had not been wipe down all day.
I am sure surprised this store has been able to stay open.

Cashier was not at cash register for 10 minutes Asked for a whole sandwich but was given a half sandwich Order was not completed when it said it was Chips were added to my order even though I never asked for it First time going to Panera bread, never going to go back since I can't trust service to get things right when I'm paying so much for food
Never crossed my mind to double check my order, and I was getting over a sickness that made my head fuzzy and all I wanted was soup and food to help me recover

Sadest bacon, Turkey Bravo, I've ever had. There is only one slice of turkey on it, but we got two slices of cheese and two slices of bacon. Come on prices are way to high for people not to get what they pay for!!!

An hour wait when you only have a hour lunch =never coming back
There is this young blonde girl with glasses named Maggie, at this establishment who was just a ray of sunshine. Absolutely amazing employee and deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication. I will be definitely coming back because of her amazing customer service.
Whoever cleans the bathroom, keep up the good work. It was immaculate.

This place is dirty! Staff was nice and friendly but after parking we saw tons of trash and dishes on the empty tables outside. Inside the Tables were sticky and full of crumbs. Bathroom was nice and renovated but toilet paper on the floor and no paper towels in the holder. The whole place can use a basic cleaning

Significant staffing issues at this Panera. I tried to go through the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich at 7:30. Nobody responded over the speaker at the ordering panel. After about 2 minutes, I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was there. Nobody in sight. I pulled around to look through the windows and there were people sitting in the booths. I pulled around further to get a glimpse of the front desk, but nobody was there. Staff are there as there are customers inside, but obviously not enough as nobody was physically available to take my order. Based on other similar reviews, this is a common occurrence.
