Expensive but good food

Ordered bagels for staff and opened the bag once I got to work. Every single one is black and hard as a rock. They aren't edible. You can't even tell which flavor each one is because they're so burnt.

I ordered the harvest medley CHICKEN salad and it came with no chicken. I also got the autumn squash soup and it had no pumpkin seeds. this is unacceptable

Not cheap but super employees and extreme quality. They do seem to have inventory issues with the bread bowls for soup and not just this location. It took me 4 times recently to catch them in stock to enjoy that great black bean soup. Another time out of tuna which leaves pescatarians weak no choices for protein unless it's during black bean soup which is unfortunately only seasonal. The new Mediterranean grain salads rock.

I should have read the reviews first. This place is exactly what the reviews say, extremely slow to get out any order. I placed a to-go pick up order in I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without moving. So then I came inside and was told that it's still not ready. I also looked around to see that they were a ton of people sitting around with drinks but no food. I was also told my order is not ready when the only thing I ordered was soup and a drink. Online won't let me cancel either so I walked away from $16 because the wait was too long.

Mislabeled my food as someone who had already left, so it sat there getting cold while saying they couldn’t find my order! No cheese or croutons on soup, no side of baguette, no apology.

No bread how can a restaurant with bread in its name not have bread. No bread bowls and no bread to go with soup as a side

For the 2nd time in this new location, we got to the counter (not very crowded at the time, maybe 11 or 12 people already seated) and we were told it would be at least 30 minutes for any new orders. As we tried to place the order, out of the first 3 things we asked for all 3 were out of stock. We left. Again. Will 100% Not be trying again. The old location was a favorite
