Ordered bagels sliced and toasted, they were not toasted!! Super annoying bring food to my coworkers and they are inconvenienced by the incompetent workers that probably deliberately didn’t toast the bagels. Every time I give Panera another chance…. They disappoint

Editing to add Catering is PHENOMENAL. Had an issue with our original plans and called this morning to Panera in an SOS. They came through within 2 hours for 16 sandwiches. I am BEYOND grateful and impressed!
Always very kind and orders at the ready!

I ordered two pastries both were good the one star is because I witnessed an employee drop a loaf of frozen bread on the floor and instead of them throwing it away they put still put it on the tray to be baked. Idk about anyone else but to me that disgusting I don't care if the bread was frozen or not the floor is still dirty.

My wife and I got sandwiches for breakfast. Ordered a steak and wake with other toppings. Got the sandwich and all it had was two slices of bread and an egg, wife's order was good. Customer service was great about it and we feel satisfied with the results.

Good place for a quick lunch. I tried the toasted croissant sandwiches, and they were pretty good. Pretty consistent with their service and cleanliness each time I go. As for fast food restraunts, they rank high on my list

Normally this place is good, there was no host for at least 5 minutes, until there was a line to the door. Then when the host asked how I was doing, I replied expressing that we have been standing here for a while she immediately caught an attitude. Other than that the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean.

Some employees not all can use better customer service skills especially the ones who work the drive thru. It’s always something missing out my order rather I order DoorDash or come through the drive thru. This store obviously needs new management especially being the newer location. I wish more workers understood that we’re spending our hard earned money on their business just to get slack services.

I just got the value duet from Panera. I was disgusted to find mold on my baguette. I will not be eating here again.

I came in 3.50 hours early but every trash can is closed. They are serving everything in paper bags, probably to avoid washing dishes. But I have no idea where to put my trash.

Additionally I ordered soup. They didn't giving me a spoon. They just pointed, when asked, and said they are over there. There are unwrapped spoons, in mass, in dishware under the pick up counter. Where anyone and everyone can touch all the spoons. I will see what DHEC thinks of that.

We waited over 20 minutes for two bagels. It was not very busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff, but no one seemed to have any sense of urgency at all. Very different from our past experiences at the previous location.

The Panera brand has slipped it seems. Used napkins on floor...stacks of dirty dishes not removed from station...soup too much like canned Campbell from grocer. Regrets.cant do that again.
