Normally this place is good, there was no host for at least 5 minutes, until there was a line to the door. Then when the host asked how I was doing, I replied expressing that we have been standing here for a while she immediately caught an attitude. Other than that the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean.

Some employees not all can use better customer service skills especially the ones who work the drive thru. It’s always something missing out my order rather I order DoorDash or come through the drive thru. This store obviously needs new management especially being the newer location. I wish more workers understood that we’re spending our hard earned money on their business just to get slack services.

I just got the value duet from Panera. I was disgusted to find mold on my baguette. I will not be eating here again.

I came in 3.50 hours early but every trash can is closed. They are serving everything in paper bags, probably to avoid washing dishes. But I have no idea where to put my trash.
Additionally I ordered soup. They didn't giving me a spoon. They just pointed, when asked, and said they are over there. There are unwrapped spoons, in mass, in dishware under the pick up counter. Where anyone and everyone can touch all the spoons. I will see what DHEC thinks of that.

We waited over 20 minutes for two bagels. It was not very busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff, but no one seemed to have any sense of urgency at all. Very different from our past experiences at the previous location.

The Panera brand has slipped it seems. Used napkins on floor...stacks of dirty dishes not removed from station...soup too much like canned Campbell from grocer. Regrets.cant do that again.

I see why they have bad reviews. A bunch of rude teenagers and the manager Rena is rude as well. They didn’t fill my soup up and refused to add more to it. I will be calling corporate Monday.

Food was good and hot, but customer service was piss poor. She gave me my food and didn’t speak a word to me. I didn’t get my side, napkins, or silverware (I ordered soup) so had to pull back around. She didn’t speak a word to me the second time around either, lol.

The gentleman i spoke with started a conversation with me and was kind, great service. Thr girl with the multiple hair colord had multiple issues with her customer service. I walked out without completing my order because i got an attitude and was rushed after......i was the only person in line. Tuesday dec 24th 8:20am
Ultra-slow, unfriendly service. The walnut cranberry chicken salad sandwich was underwhelming, as there wasn't much of it between the bread slices. What I ordered, and what was in the bag were not the same. The hot chocolate is good, but I had to chase it down. It wasn't with my order. The staff did not care about anything.

Parking: This location is positioned up to a shopping center so there a huge lot surrounding the store itself. But as for Panera’s own parking, it’s kinda tight. They have spaces for pick up, drive thru waiting right up front with the handicap spaces. This leaves only a few spaces “close” to the entrance, about 10-20… I feel like I’m being generous with that higher ends.
Kid-friendliness: This restaurant chain isn’t really kid friendly as a whole, not just this particular location. The kids menu is limited to a couple of sandwiches; ham & cheese, turkey & cheese, and grilled cheese. Then there’s Mac & cheese and 1 soup; broccoli and cheese.

Is this a "real" Panera? Horrible experience by several patrons. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Cashier was a joke. Could not answer any questions from several customers. No garlic aoli and no mayo in the whole store! Very rude Kitchen staff. Restaurant not clean. Customers had to come several times for items missing from orders. Like drinks and utensils. Cashier S###a needs to be trained. Customers were looking at each other in disbelief. Is this a food establishment? Total waste of my time and money. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
