It was always dirty. Soups were served out of bags or in half cleaned containers. Staff had attitudes. Very unprofessional. Always dirty on the tables or floors. Bathroom was gross. Glad it shut down.

This is the fourth time (I believe) I have gone to this location and they have screwed up my order. I think I keep hoping they will improve. They give a false number to corporate when you ask for one. The people preparing your food are having their own personal conversations behind the counter (sometimes about the actually customers food they are making) as if no one else is around. If I want Panera I'm just going to have to accept that I will have to drive to a different location...just disappointed..

Oh, I'm so upset this location (Sandhills) is closed for good...it was a great location and the cafe had nice layout and decor inside and outside both. I've been a "regular" here for 8 years, enjoyed so many Mediterranean vegetable sandwiches, squash soups, and spinach egg white breakfast sandwiches! Good coffee, too! Never had a bad meal, always greeted with a friendly face. Thank you to all the employees who made my food and dining experience memorable over the years: Maria, Nick, Ruby, Marissa, Danny, Richard, Brianna, and so many others whose names I can't remember!

The food is almost always excellent. But when you're paying $25 for two dinky sandwiches and a bag of chips, it's time to re-think your price structure. Also, the restaurant is almost always dirty, with crumbs and chips all over the table tops. I can't remember the last time I went to a Panera with clean tables, actually. I understand it's a quick turnaround time, but come on, get someone out on the floor once in a while.

Panera please fire the entire teenage staff and supervisory team at this location. How do you mess up an order for cold brew coffee twice lol. I got two different looking coffee from two employees.... couple that with an attitude from the cashier and assistant manager. oh let's not forget to mention the overpriced half sandwich I ordered.
Coffee was good at this Panera, but that is all we can say. Everywhere was unclean. The tables hadn't been wiped, there was splatter on the seats and fixings and the floor had not been swept in a while. When we used the restroom it was even worse, the filth was indescribable.

Today Lindsey made my day! I love Panera so much already but this just made it better. I have been in the food industry a long time and I know a good worker when I see one. She had a smile on her face the whole time and when others were sitting around and "chilling" Lindsey found things to do ways to clean and make sure everything was perfect. This girl needs a raise! Thank you Lindsey for an amazing experience.

I visit this location often and I’m always happy with the food & service, especially when Valerie is working! She is an awesome example of how management should supervise, plus she remembers just about every customer either by name or face! I hope Panera knows what they have in this young lady, she makes you feel so welcomed.

I'm not usually a Panera person, but I do like the space here for meetups. It's clean, quiet, and offers plenty of snack/meal options. I like their green passion smoothies, because it's the only time I ever feel like I'm being healthy nowadays. Parking is plenty, and service is quick and friendly!
