I visited this location a few days ago and ordered a sandwich for lunch. Unfortunately, it was made incorrectly and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh or high quality. Given the prices, I believe the food and service should reflect better standards. I’m confident this location has room to improve.

My most recent visit did not end well! The closing shift is staffed with a bunch of high school students, which I know is common in fast food everywhere. Everyone (including the manager) acted immaturely EXCEPT for this one young man working in the kitchen whose name I did not get! I ordered food towards the last hour before the store closed, which is why I asked the cashier if there were any items not available at the moment. She told me the items that they were out of, which was nothing I wanted, so I continued. I had to get the “manager” for clarification after eventually trying to order something that the cashier never initially stated they were out of! As I waited for my order at the pickup window, I noticed that a female employee dropped one of my sandwiches on the floor! If I did not speak up about it, she would have still placed it in my bag, which is beyond unsanitary and TRIFLING! I asked if they’d make me another one. I am not sure if the food they dropped was ever even thrown in the trash, but I asked anyways. It was another young man who decided to reply by saying it was dumb for me asking. I corrected him and explained to him that it was beyond disrespectful for them to try and put dropped food items into my bag. I had the right to ask! It led to a back and forth AFTER I asked the female “manager” if I could speak with her AWAY from the meal area and staff. She refused. I am not sure why she wanted to speak in the open over food products anyways! Either way, this location needs some real leadership for the closing shift! The “manager” did not have proper control over the situation!

Because this was my first visit ever to Panera Bread, the employee had the time, patience, and knowledge to answer all of my questions. My sandwich was awesome! But too small.

Ordered via Doordash. I ordered a group Chicken Noodle Soup and was easily shorted on half of it. Not only that, but the containers were thrown into the bag sideways and upside down causing them to spill EVERYWHERE. Bread was raw dogging the bag with no container so it was soaked in soup and so were our straws. And for my You Pick Two Sandwich and Salad, I only got my salad. As a fellow food service worker, this was highly disappointing.

You charged me $6 for fruit parfait and I then it was delivered and it wasn’t even a full order. This is shameful

My only complaint is that my delivery order came wrong. I got two identical sandwiches, and my sister couldn’t eat hers due to it being made to my liking, and not hers, but I will eat it for her. Please double check delivery orders and label the sandwich’s, that would be great!

Bagels were very hard and cold, used to be the place to get good bagels but not anymore. I ordered 10 bagels for a small event and all are hard and they look old. Will not be going there anymore.

Absolutely the nastiest, dirtiest Paneras I've been to. Owner should be ashamed of how let down this place is. Weird smell in building. Every single table was dirty. Finally someone decided to wipe down the table. Wiping all the crums and everything on the floor. Absolutely gross

I would rate this visit a ZERO!!!! The store was dirty, and had a stench in the air. The customer service was nonexistent.
The young man who took our order was not rude, but he didn’t present a professional welcoming demeanor. He didn’t have on a Panera bread uniform, was in street clothes with a red hoodie with his pants sagging. There was no mention of any seasonal promotions or professional menu suggestions. He just stood there like a lump on a log. In between orders he stood there on his cell phone, instead of tidying up the already unacceptable and unpleasant lobby where us customers were waiting.
The store smelled like there was a busted sewage pipe. The floors looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a couple of days and It honestly looked like there was no manager on duty. In addition, we were told that they weren’t making any more hot sandwiches, at 7:00pm. I believe this was because they cleaned the machines in preparation for closing, a hour before they closed (they closed at 8:00pm). I don’t believe the cooking machines were broken, I believe they were being lazy because they didn’t want to work past closing to clean the machines. This action prevented us from patronizing the entire menu, and we were stuck ordering something other than what we wanted.
I recommend retraining all staff on proper customer service etiquette. I also recommend retraining everyone on maintaining cleanliness (especially during times where customer traffic’s is slow). This is called customer service initiative. I also recommend retraining the manager on how to truly manage and uphold the Panera Bread standards and culture. Panera Bread is a highly respected restaurant chain and I expect better.

Why don't you ever turn your lights on once it gets dark?? Right now, it is a Friday night (12/27), 6:45 PM, and it is pitch black out there. The sun has been down for over an hour.
I wouldn't point this out, but this is the second time I have seen this in 12 days time. I stay at the Hampton Inn - and 12 days ago, same thing. I asked when I walked in why there were no lights on. When I walked out, someone had turned them on, so it's clearly someone is missing doing it...
Tonight I decided not to walk over there. I don't see well in the dark, and am an old woman, so it's a bit daunting.
If your sales are down in the evenings, this is no doubt a reason why.
Note - in the picture, my camera adjusts the lighting - but you can tell there are no lights on in the parking lot. Believe me - it's pitch black.
The second picture is what it looked like at 6:55 AM on 12/28. (AND they never were turned on last night).

Got to the restaurant to try the new dippers. Staff took the tea selection up so I had to drink a soft drink and nobody told me my order was ready. So I stood for 15 minutes until I figured it out. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly. No like normal service for Panera

This is one of my favorite places to meet friends, especially for breakfast.
The atmosphere is very comfortable for me, inside or out. I enjoy the food.
I like to be where I can hear the person beside me and the one across the table.
I don't miss that we don't have table service. The staff on both sides of the counter are friendly and helpful. They keep the empty tables bussed, it always looks tidy.
