Had two good experiences eating here in the past. However, I had to wait for 40 minutes for my order today, and my grilled cheese was made with some thin bread instead of the usual thick bread. I'm disappointed.

Terrible service. Good luck getting your food with 45 minutes and even more luck getting it made correctly.

I was so excited to have Panera included in my meal plan, as I love all the food and have had very positive experiences at other locations. However, the performance of this location is abysmal. I have never once received the correct order - today, for example, I paid and extra $3 to have avocado and mozzarella added to my sandwich (and requested free pickled onions) and this was not done. My egg sandwiches frequently are missing egg. I have ordered tomato soup and received chicken noodle twice. Every time I am disappointed.
You can expect the service to be slow as it is on a college campus serving hundreds of students, but or if the probably 20 times I've ordered there and had a bakery item with my meal they have never once included it with the rest of my food. By the time I get there and tell them I had a cookie with my order they tell me it's sold out. The only thing that they give me as an option is to replace it with what they have left, which is normally the mitten cookie that no one ever wants, which is for a reason in which it doesn't that's that good and is much cheaper than the other cookies. The least I would hope to expect as an option would be a cookie of equal value or a refund.
Unbelievably slow. Don’t come here unless you’re a student using a meal swipe. Expect to wait an MINIMUM hour most of the time. If you go at a non peak time you’ll maybe have to wait only 30 minutes after ordering.

This place has the same food you would expect from a Panera, but they are SO SLOW. Very unreasonably slow. I understand workers may be in short supply, but no one here seems to care about getting orders out in a reasonable time. Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour to get your food here. It's always that long a wait, and they don't care. They will bump through grubhub orders so the computer reads them as ready just to keep their listed wait time low. Once your order is "ready" it will be a while still.ETA: they go in no order of order number here. They will call 498, then 563, then 508, etc. No order. Just whim.

No one serves for distributing food for rapid pick-up. Ordered 20 minutes ago and was told that it was not ready. Waited for a long time and they found the food on their inside shelf and forgot to give it to me.
Bagel was hard.

Ordered online and used directions on the link that took me a mile away. Could never figure out where they were. I called for 45 minutes and nobody answered. No way to get a refund or my food.
Always good
Creamy tomato soup with bread bowl is awesome .do try it....
They need to stop discriminating other people especially someone that's disabled hate just don't appreciate not at all and it shouldn't have no hating South Carolina it's a free state of all if people just don't understand it or they understand it all right they're just trying to milk that cow to get all that money from the farmer the farmer is trying to get by and everyone else is one of milk his cow.
Waited an hour and 7 min for our food they blamed short staffing. That was bull at least 6.people working. While I was getting a refund our food finally made it out.
