They are very slow. The cashier was multi tasking with no support from other crew members. The wait time to get food was 15 minutes. The dining area was dirty. The tables had not been cleaned or wiped down and there was food on the floor. Even though it did not effect me, the beverage dispensers were empty. Very disappointing to see this restaurant go down hill.
