It was alright. My pizza was ready quickly, and the staff was friendly. However, I asked for extra sauce, but I think that they misread my instructions and gave me extra cheese instead. That kind of sucked, but it's not a huge deal.
They did have a really cool St. Patrick's day display at the front, which made me laugh.

Horrible I tried to call in a order at 12:30 pm because they mentioned they wasn’t accepting any orders in stores so I could either DoorDash or just call in so I tried to place a order on the phone and they put me on hold but been left on hold for 20 minutes literally to the point they already closed??♀️

Ordered for delivery. The pizzas were disgusting. The meat on the Philly tasted old. Our other pizza was supposed to be extra cheese and it was all sauce. The dough was old and chewy. Just terrible!

They do not deliver to the petro truck stop claim to be put of there range even though there are four of them with in 5 miles. Of its to the petro truck stop they will say you can only pickup. Even if you explain that you are in a CMV with trailer.

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's on Assembly Street in Columbia South Carolina it wasn't cooked and I couldn't eat it.I called and spoke with the manager and she basically told me did they use doordash and I would have to bring the pizza back. I don't care if Donald Trump delivered the pizza to me I spent $28 on a pizza that I couldn't even eat. I have been a valued customer of Papa John's for a long time and I'm very disappointed in the way the manager handle this. I will no longer order any food from Papa John's.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received, from the lack of response from the location, to Papa John’s corporate, to the delivery driver. Absolutely horrible experience. If you value your money, never order from this Papa John’s. You’d probably be better off ordering from another brand or a location farther away. I refuse to take this review down.
