They do not deliver to the petro truck stop claim to be put of there range even though there are four of them with in 5 miles. Of its to the petro truck stop they will say you can only pickup. Even if you explain that you are in a CMV with trailer.

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's on Assembly Street in Columbia South Carolina it wasn't cooked and I couldn't eat it.I called and spoke with the manager and she basically told me did they use doordash and I would have to bring the pizza back. I don't care if Donald Trump delivered the pizza to me I spent $28 on a pizza that I couldn't even eat. I have been a valued customer of Papa John's for a long time and I'm very disappointed in the way the manager handle this. I will no longer order any food from Papa John's.

Ordered a large pizza and had it delivered… needless to say, it was awful. The pizza arrived cold and it didn’t look as fresh. Very confused on as to why when the store is not even 10 minutes away from where I had it delievered to. Will not be ordering from this location ever ever again.

The pizza I ordered was the new one that was the calzone pepperoni and hamburger meat. I was very disappointed in the pizza. There was not enough meat on the pizza. I will let anyone know to keep away from Papa John's Pizza. The pizza pie did not have a taste. Waste of money.

The Manager/owner, Lola is nasty unprofessional and seemed Racist! She banned my daughter and her significant other from receiving Door Dash orders simply because they inquired about employment, and the pay. She and her daughter, who also works there should Not work with the public. I will never spend another dollar at that location, and will be sure to spread the word to anyone listening.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I tried several times to call and place an order for delivery. After failing to reach anyone, because nobody knows how to answer phones apparently, I decided to just walk in and try to place an order only to witness who I assume is the manager absolutely laying into a worker for what seemed like no good reason. I'd never want to order from a place that treats their staff like absolute GARBAGE!! I think ill just stick to domino's from now on.

I tried to change my order and I called them ten times. They miraculously failed at picking all of the ten times. Because of this, I could not get access to my pizza even though they could give it to me if they could get their butts of the floor and get it done. But these people can't do their jobs correctly so I wasted my money.
I had a delivery order and I had asked and paid for extra garlic sauce. It didn't come with my delivery, so when I tried to call the store back, Noone every answered and I tried multiple times. I also emailed corporate and have yet to receive a response.

The customer service received from the phone was rude. I had been calling to get a refund for items that I ordered that I had not received. Once someone finally answered the phone, they yelled “we’re closed” and hung up before I could say anything. Even when someone would talk to me, they continued to be rude. However, the delivery driver, Tyrone, was amazing and very helpful in ensuring I got the help I needed
