I contacted y’all since October 24 up to today . Yall lied and told Papa John’s customer service that you processed a partial refund and when I contacted the store for the very time your General manager said that y’all never processed anything . I been a loyal customer for awhile but after this service regarding y’all store I don’t wanna buy anything else from y’all . I was also told from South Carolina Department of agriculture after filing a complaint against y’all that I might need to take legal actions . Papa John’s customer service and DoorDash both agreed that where rude and nasty through the whole process and wasn’t trying to give me my money back nor remake it . also I noted to them how you said if I called again you will file for a harassment complaint each party said they don’t see how if it’s harassment if I was willing to try to work something out and y’all wasn’t trying to do anything. Everytime I called yall told me different things . DoorDash and Papa John’s customer service team documented everything and everything reaction . They both said they are the only ones that can give a resolution since I placed it through them directly. Not to much one of the days I called the PaPa John’s customer service team one of the agents said one the workers was rude and nasty cursed them out and hung up on their face and the store the same day the exact worker told me they cursed them out . One of them general managers told me the owner of store said his isn’t sending a whole 72.20 order back out he offered 2 pizzas . I told him no either I want my entire order back over or I want All my money back . He said the only way I get my whole order remade is contact DoorDash get them to refund them the money back to the store or have them repay for the order then send a driver . DoorDash sent drivers several times they never made the order or anything. They tried to blame DoorDash and DoorDash told them in a merge call that they are the ones who had my payment information I haven’t placed it with DoorDash and that they was supposed to pull the ticket from the day i originally place the order and remake it and had it to the driver .and i called today the general manager that originally told me if I want my entire order remade call DoorDash said the owner over the store said “ if you want your money back better dispute it with your bank”overall after this whole experience i would never buy anything again from them again . Unprofessional, no customer service

The pizza looked thrower together they charge me for extra sauce and I don’t get it. When I called back the manager was rude and hung up in my face after I told him the problem. He act as if what I was complaining about wasn’t called for. Just all around bad service and pizza

Hardly ever professional, time doesn't exist to the staff. You can call your order in and still wait anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes. Your hardly ever greeted, they play argue with each other and cuss in front of customers. Just altogether bad for business.

Very rude and when i adked for an manger they hung up on me so i had to call back and ask again.. he gets on the phone sounding like he can’t talk clearly. his workers in the back sound like they about to fight.. i never got my soda and my pizza was burnt and it was very hard to enjoy.. i never had this issue from them before but i guess its the night crew cause the day crew is very friendly and respectful 🤦🏽‍♀️ plz do better….

Do better Papa Johns.
You didn't have to cut my pizza 15 times.
Young lady at the cash register..... work at the cash register. Don't...I repeat don't go help in the back. You don't know what you are doing! Stay in your lane! If folding boxes and pressing a button is what you do best then do that. Mad as hell! Look at the dang pizza!

There were only 2 people working last night so I understand it was alot of work for just 2 employees. I understand that the girl was the cashier and had to go help out in the back. But the amount of effort it took for her to slice my pizza up like she did......... I was already waiting 30 extra minutes for my pizza and that was OK. I didn't rush or complain. I waited patiently. Young lady if you don't know how to slice pizza why are you working there? I don't think it's a complicated task.

Their credit/debit card machine forces a tip to your card and they can see you struggling to use the machine and won’t bother to help. So, if you choose this location, ask them how to you the complicated credit/debit machine.
