I love papa John’s but my pizza order tonight is very disappointing and disrespectful to the name pizza. I order a large garlic epic stuffed crust pizza “hand tossed” with pepperoni sausage bacon spinach and mushrooms. The only thing hand tossed about the pizza is the crust. I can’t even hold the slice of pizza in my hand due to the base being very thin. I went to pick up a slice and everything fell completely off and now realizing there isn’t any red sauce on it either for the base before you add the cheese. I mean come on now if I’m willing to pay the price for everything i ordered you can at least make it the correct way. This is not going to stop me from eating there but yall need to do better.

The dasher they assigned to our order stole our food. We waited for ever a hour and watched this dasher pick up our food and drive 30min in the opposite direction from our house and like he took it home. This is the second time this has happened. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. DRIVER'S CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

Papa John’s cannot get an order right I ordered my pizza at five. They brought my pizza at three told me to keep that one and they will have it here by five. My pizza arrive at 6:30 cold so I don’t want that and I’m not paying for it so y’all already called DoorDash and let them know. I thought Papa John’s was better than this. They need to get it together. Disgusting customer service, awful, except for the general manager, he handled that somewhat well, but I still did not get my pizza on time an hour and a half late now y’all can keep that or she can do whatever she liked with it however, I trashed it.

Tried to pay them cash.. delivered pizza to hotel room didn't call didn't knock... Nothing.. found pizza outside hotel door in the floor... After calling to find out where it was .They Sent second pizza for free... Tipped driver 20 cash ... So $60 free pizza.. 20 for the second driver that showed up = $40 free Pizza so 5 stars for cost of food

I don't typically leave reviews, but if you live on post at Ft. Jackson, be careful ordering from here. They say they deliver on post, but they use Door Dash and not all of those drivers have a pass so you will end up going to get your food. It's really frustrating.
Hey just a warning if you order from here they outsource their deliveries to DoorDash and twice now they haven’t been able to get on post and expected us to meet them at the Walmart outside gate 2 yet still wanna charge a delivery fee. Plus took over an hour since ordering to getting the call they couldn’t get on base.

I usually don't have an issue with this location but today I placed my order and while I was tracking the order through Door Dash My pizza was picked up and then the person returned it to the store. I received another dasher and when he got there they told him it was picked up already but it was still sitting there because the first dasher brought it back. I called the second dasher and he told me that it was picked up already he was told. The second dasher went back for me to pick up the pizza. I thank him for doing so but the pizza was already cold. I had also spoke with the young lady at the store who confirmed that it was picked up and brought back. Is this a practice for dashers to pick up food and bring it back to the store. NOT GOOD!! They should have made me a fresh pizza for the next dasher. The young lady said she would send another but I don't trust it and I better not be charged again. I will be watching for that. No happy at all!!!

🤬Usually do not have an issue with this location but I will not order again. The first door dasher picked up and then returned it to the store. When the second dasher came they told him it had been picked up. Called the store and the young lady confirmed it was picked up and brought back. The second dasher returned after my call and picked up my order. By the time I received it it was cold. The driver apologized and I thanked him. called back to the store and the young lady said that she would send another out to me with attitude. Don't trust it and will not be ordering Papa Johns anymore.

I placed an order for delivery 12/5/24. I was given the run around on my order. After 2 hours I called and was told they gave my order to the wrong person. After another hour I called and was told the delivery driver couldn’t reach me so I had to pick it up myself. I asked for a refund and I have yet to receive it. They tried to make it right by giving me my order free but the cashier had a nasty attitude. The pizza was horrible. The cheese wasn’t melted. I’m not happy at all. I just want my money back. I’ll never come here again!
