After calling to find out where it was .They Sent second pizza for free... Tipped driver 20 cash ... So $60 free pizza.. 20 for the second driver that showed up = $40 free Pizza so 5 stars for cost of food

I don't typically leave reviews, but if you live on post at Ft. Jackson, be careful ordering from here. They say they deliver on post, but they use Door Dash and not all of those drivers have a pass so you will end up going to get your food. It's really frustrating.

Hey just a warning if you order from here they outsource their deliveries to DoorDash and twice now they haven’t been able to get on post and expected us to meet them at the Walmart outside gate 2 yet still wanna charge a delivery fee. Plus took over an hour since ordering to getting the call they couldn’t get on base.

I usually don't have an issue with this location but today I placed my order and while I was tracking the order through Door Dash My pizza was picked up and then the person returned it to the store. I received another dasher and when he got there they told him it was picked up already but it was still sitting there because the first dasher brought it back. I called the second dasher and he told me that it was picked up already he was told. The second dasher went back for me to pick up the pizza. I thank him for doing so but the pizza was already cold. I had also spoke with the young lady at the store who confirmed that it was picked up and brought back. Is this a practice for dashers to pick up food and bring it back to the store. NOT GOOD!! They should have made me a fresh pizza for the next dasher. The young lady said she would send another but I don't trust it and I better not be charged again. I will be watching for that. No happy at all!!!

I placed an order for delivery 12/5/24. I was given the run around on my order. After 2 hours I called and was told they gave my order to the wrong person. After another hour I called and was told the delivery driver couldn’t reach me so I had to pick it up myself. I asked for a refund and I have yet to receive it. They tried to make it right by giving me my order free but the cashier had a nasty attitude. The pizza was horrible. The cheese wasn’t melted. I’m not happy at all. I just want my money back. I’ll never come here again!

I am leaving a one star review due to the customer service I received. A women at this location answered, I told her I was calling to check on a pizza. I had placed a scheduled delivery order for 8 hours in advance. The order was scheduled for 5 PM and the guy I placed the order with on the phone assured me it would be there by 5. It was 5:15 and I hadn’t heard anything not received any update saying it was delayed. This brings us to when I called to inquire about the order. The lady told me that the order was still waiting to be assigned to a driver to which I replied. The order was supposed to arrive at 5 PM. It is now 515. Then laughed at me and said ma’am, we cannot guarantee your order to get there at 5 PM on Halloween night. Granted I had already been assured by the man I placed the order with earlier. (The time I scheduled allowed for us to eat pizza before my children needed to go trick-or-treating.) I explained this to the gentleman and he told me my order would be there by 5 PM. I can understand a few minutes behind, but 515 and it hasn’t even been assigned to a driver yet? She then proceeded to laugh and tell me that she “ has a lobby full of people that all want their pizza at the same time” in a very condescending manner. I understand people also want their pizza, but I highly doubt every person waiting for their order had placed their order eight hours in advance like I had. It would’ve been no big deal, I understand things happen. Had the lady not laughed and been condescending when I was expressing my concern that I hadn’t even been alerted there was a delay on the pizza to which she continued to tell me that the customers in the store were still waiting on theirs. Her attitude implied that somebody waiting in the store’s pizza is more of a priority than an order placed in advance for preparation. The time is now 6:10 and I still have not received my pizza only some unwarranted attitude. Also when the food arrives 1 hour cold the sauce and seasoning packets were missing as well.
I called in a delivery order. Waited over and hour to have to call in and find out order was put in as pickup. Poor customer service.

A pretty good experience, and the pizza and breadsticks were good. It's definitely one of the better chain options in the area. The cashier was kinda rude, but I only had to deal with her for 30 seconds, so it's not a big deal. It's also a little more expensive than other pizza places, but the quality is better so it's a worthwhile tradeoff. Will go back in the future.
