Ordered an hour in advance of when we wanted it - they didn't provide a tracker by text or email or account. They called 40 minutes after it was due to say Door Dash had a problem and they were sending out some remade ones. (Call was polite).
Choosing to use a notoriously unreliable service like Door Dash is on the store/company and so they get the low rating for it.

Most of my pizza had huge holes in them with no toppings or sauce and the largest onions and peppers I’ve ever seen on pizza. Pizza was good but not worth the $40 hard earned money I used to get pizza delivered.

Don’t order unless you want to wait 2 hours. They use DoorDash to deliver so you don’t get updates on the time and if there’s an issue they can’t help. Absolutely pitiful.

I ordered a Stuffed Crust pizza with extra black olives and an order of bacon cheese sticks. For the price I'm paying this has barely any olives and the cheese sticks barely have any bacon on them. Delivery was fine but seriously PJ's GET IT TOGETHER! Your prices are high. Your pizza isn't great (I'd say even Little Caesars outdoes you). When you ask for extra and pay for extra you don't get extra. What gives? Honestly I'd like to see Papa John's finally kick the bucket but I realize there are good people in these stores who need their job.

If you don’t care about GERMS, or getting SICK, then this is your place!! I had my mind set on a good Papa John’s Pizza today, and I don’t usually go to this location but when I walked in after placing an online order, the lady had no gloves on and another worker outside pretty much confirmed that they don’t wear gloves at all. Disrespectfully Disgusting.

Tried Crispy Cuppy 'Roni Pizza and was highly disappointed. My xl pizza looked as if they ran out of pepperoni. Literally no pepperoni on at least 40% of the pizza and several slices had NONE. So called "cheesy" breadsticks were missing the cheese. I let the sloppy/stingy toppings slide on previous orders but this is clearly a pattern at this location and I'm tired of wasting my money here dealing with workers that act less than professional. I don't recommend this location.

Papa Johns, you did your thing tonight. Not only was my delivery driver friendly but the food was AMAZING! You would have thought I never had Papa John's before. 1st. My delivery driver Denica, she was so friendly. I had an order delivered on my porch and she picked it up and handed it to me and she related to me about my purchase. She was great and I wish I would have tipped her more than the tip I put on the app. I want her to be my primary deliverer! 2nd. The food. It was hot. I had that garlic stuffed pepperoni and the Chipotle honey wings. OMG. The best money I spent in awhile! Papa John's you have worked your magic tonight! I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

It's a Papa John's not a Michelin Star restaurant to manage your expectations. As far as Papa John's goes it is one of the cleaner establishments. Of note however, Papa John's advertises on Google that they carry salads. This location did not.
