We placed an order online two hours ago, and have been calling to check the status on our order to see exactly what is going on. They kept hanging the phone up, placing us on hold for long periods of time then hanging up, taking the phone off of the hook and all. I called the Blythwood location just to report the situation although that’s not where we ordered from. The gentleman gave me corporate number, and while on the phone my sister tried to make contact with the store again. A young lady answered, and immediately put my sister on hold, I was on the phone with the gentleman while they also tried making contact with the store, according to my iPhone recording the call was 8 mins.. the calls was then disconnected again! The gentleman expressed his disappointment and offered to remake our order but we would have to pick up since they were not in our delivery zone. Once I’m done with corporate, I bet playing on the phone and hanging up on customers won’t happen ever again!

Got the large meat pizza. It was good. The service wasn’t bad either. Order was ready within the timing suggested.

I ordered a cheese pizza and wings . My family doesn’t eat pork . When we bit into the pizza there are pepperoni randomly throughout the pizza under the cheese . You can’t tell from the top just under the cheese . I thought maybe it was an accident and one or 2 fell in but as my family continued to eat we realized there are a lot of pepperonis in the pizza like it was meant to be a pepperoni pizza . I get accidents happen but now my children are sick and throwing up because again we don’t eat pork in my house.

The Papa Dough Rewards is not explained well. I had $12 through 1/25. I went to order on 1/25 and it said my Papa Dough expired already. Caled store and they said they cannot do anything and no manager was there so I was out of luck. Ordered anyway, all 3 pizzas had minimal sauce minor toppings. Order was made and ready quick, but I believe they need to take more time so there is proper sauce and toppings. The last 3 times I've ordered, I've been disappointed. Only get Papa Johns for their Cheeseburger Pizza, otherwise every other pizza place is better.

Well let me start by saying I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong store, 100% my fault. I’m giving the low review because I called to try and cancel the order and see about receiving a refund because I prepaid online. Wouldn’t you know after calling (5) times, not a single damn person could answer the phone. I tried taking to their back end about getting connected and in an effort to help me they called themselves and I sat on hold for 15 minutes before I was “connected” to which I sat in silence for another 5 minutes before I gave up.
I guess moral of the story is, if you make a mistake, better be able to go in person!

I ordered 3 pizzas. One pizza is missing crust on one of the slice's. One pizza has not been cut at all. The other other pizza's crust underneath is messed up. This is my first time encountering a problem with this location, but sad to say I am very displeased. To add insult to injury the pizza was not even warm, it took me no time to get there for pick up. No one is answering the phone at this location, and I only speak to customer service and they can not help either. I'm so disappointed.

To the folks who were making pizzas on the night of 11/26/24, you guys deserve an award. Our pizza was perfect, not overcooked and each topping i ordered was on our pizza. This is my second visit to this location. I highly recommend this store and I hope the manager sees this and shares kudos to that team. I hope to continue to receive this awesome service and products. Thanks Pappa Johns.

I can't say enough good things about the drivers and overall service. They always get the pizza here very quickly, much faster than the app estimates, and are always very friendly. I just wish that the pizzas came out a bit more consistent. It is pretty unpredictable how much sauce or cheese you will get, so some pizzas are much better than others.
