I tried to order Papa Johns online and waited for an hour and a half. When I tracked my order it said delivered but I never received my food. I called Papa Johns and told them but the people had an attitude. I was able to get my food after they recooked it. I will not be ordering from here again.

We order from Papa’s every week and tonite on our weekly order they sent the wrong pizza and we kept the order “no biggie” to us because we even got boneless wings with the order. But they sent the other order out as well. Thank you Papa’s! That is the definition of Customer Service.

Ordered pizza via Uber eats. It came just as I requested. The ingredients were evenly distributed, flavor was present and presentation was done correctlyI ordered a create your own with Alfredo sauce, 3 cheese blend, chicken, spinach and onions. Because it was delivered, it was not hot. However, no fault of the restaurant.

I ordered 2 Cheesesticks and it took 2 hours for it to move from “baking” to “delivered” on the tracker app. However, it wasn’t delivered and when I called to see if it was still on the way (or delivered to another apartment), they hung up on me before I could ask the question half a dozen times. I’m not saying they picked up the phone and hung up. They actually greeted me and when I started to say something, they hung up. When I finally got to ask the question about 20-25 minutes later, they mockingly repeated everything I said, then told me they’re short staffed so I can’t expect the papa tracker to be accurate. Bro, that’s ALL I wanted to know and instead of telling me that, you made a huge deal about it and then made fun of me. I’ve called corporate and I’ll be following up with this until it’s resolved. The cheesesticks arrived 30 minutes later (roughly 3 hours after placing the order).

I called at 11:45 and was told by the person on the phone told me to call back in 30 minutes! He said in his broken English that they were not open! I had already looked on line and the hours are 10am till 12am! Go figure! You need to hire someone who can be for your company and be more informed about the business!

ordered a singular pizza and cheese sticks and waited 130 minutes to get my pizza. they were partnered with doordash to get it to me (without informing me), so i had to find a way to get cash rather than tip the dasher through the papa johns app like i expected. on top of that, the cheese sticks were a cheese pizza without marina sauce and they put sauce on the side to basically make it a pizza. in theory is extremely confusing. also, they messed up my pizza order by not adding extra cheese and adding toppings i did not want on both sides of the pizza. i used to love this place but i will not be coming back.

Pizza was said to me ready at 5:30. 6 o clock came around and my pizza and Oreo bites weren't ready yet. Finally the pizza and they tell us the Oreo bites were never put in the oven. I asked to speak to a manager and what looked to be a 17 year old lady came up front. I asked how come my Oreo bites didn't come out with the pizza and she simply just shrugged . Meanwhile there's a guy with a dog collar in the back laughing at my complaints while he's working. Hard to complain about the quality of the pizza here but the service is a whole different story.

Do not order from Papa Johns! They use door dash and not their own drivers to deliver food. I have been waiting Two hours for my order and they have no way to get in contact with their delivery. Choose a different option than Papa John's in Columbia, Sc. I called to complain and they told me they were going home and I would need to call the next day to resolve the issue. Something is wrong with our society when you place an order online, give a tip and never receive your order.I actually viewed the doordash driver drive by my home and not stop to just keep my food. Papa John's you are not the one supporated by Shaq.
