Me and my hubby went here this past weekend, and we will NEVER go back for anything. I got a brisket pho and he got a rare steak pho. Both of us ended up with food poisoning, not to be too TMI but coming out of both ends. Not sure if they're not practicing improper sanitation practices or they prepared contaminated food. I'll probably never have pho again.

Great pork bun very delicious. Korean corn dog supposed to be half&half was just a mozzarella corn dog. Wouldn’t order that again give the chance. I would order their sandwiches next time.

Located north of Columbia. Store is huge. We used the kiosk to order 2 Pho, 2 Banh Mi, & 4 Pateso for carry out. Service was quick. The pho were excellent, great clear broth, lots of meats. Their beef meatballs were excellent. The banh mi sandwiches were great, lots of pate on the special combo. The pateso could be better, the meat filling is too large that it makes the bottom crush soft. I do like the crust, just need the bottom crust to stay dry to remain crunchy. Overall excellent foods. The tea drink was very good too.

The service was great and so was the food! The prices are unbeatable, and everything came so quickly.

We went in midafternoon for a late lunch. The Boba Tea was a new experience and very good. Husband had the bbq pork banh mi and I have the pork patty on croissant. Both were excellent. The pickled carrot and diakon radish on the sandwiches was very tasty. Service was wonderful and it is very clean. We highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

The drinks are good and food is fair. But I only go there now for the mango drinks. They taste great they remind me of a place called Italian ice.

The food was delicious. This was advertised at some point as a bakery. It may be that they bake their own rolls but it is not a bakery where you can buy bread or rolls or much in the way of typical things you would expect from a bakery. The food was delicious but they didn't pay attention to to requests. Please cut the sandwich in half and no jalapenos. Luckily the jalapenos were large enough to remove.

Ordered here several times, even came on their opening day. The food is decent.-Why wait until the customer arrives to make their drink when they order ahead of time? If I wanted to wait I’d just order in the store and wait. They claim it’s so the ice doesn’t melt in the even the customer arrives 15 minutes later, but the ice isn’t even melted 15 minutes after I’ve drank the entire drink.-last time I bought a bahn mi sandwich it was on a hoagie roll.-Some items are inconsistent, sometimes the coconut bubble tea is refreshing and sometimes it’s cloyingly sweet.-let the customer choose sweetness level and ice level.-They don’t serve basil with dishes that traditionally have basil.

Really good food and nice atmosphere. Too bad everything came in plastic takeout packaging even though we said we were eating there. Incredibly wasteful. Also kind expensive. I paid $7 for a Thai tea which tasted good enough but was mostly ice hence not worth it.

Beautiful place with a luxe feel inside , I tried the signature drink “Paris by Night” it was very refreshing. The “Croissant Shredded Chicken” I tried was so good I loved all the veggies it came with. I also ordered the “Hot Cheetos Mozzarella” Korean Corn dog had to be my favorite, if you’re a cheese lover that loves a little heat you have to give it a try!

I visit this place at least 3-4 times a month if not more. My kids love the Korean corn dogs and popping boba but my choice will always be the Pho!!! It is absolutely, hands down the best dish I’ve ever tasted. I get the chicken pho and it’s a bowl of heaven! It’s a 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!

When I look for good restaurants I look for the The big 3. Exceptional food, cleanliness focused and happy hospitable people. Paris Bánh Mi has a beautiful dining room, a clean organized restaurant, a friendly staff … but the food underdelivered for me.I ordered house special pho and house special banh mi. The food was given to my wife and I in plastic containers. Which was a weird decision because how nice and cute the dining room is, why don’t they have proper bowls and silverware? You are incentivized to sit down and enjoy the overall atmosphere but are given togo containers. It’s conflicting and just didn’t make sense. The pho broth was cloudy and warm. Normally pho is presented very hot to cook the rare steak but since it’s in plastic I see why they can’t give it to the guests at high temperatures. The sandwich was nothing to really brag about. The bread didn’t seem like the traditional crispy on the out side soft in the middle Vietnamese baguette. More soggy and not very fresh. The meat was not flavorful and the pickled daikon and carrots were not fresh and crisp, but soggy and sad.Overall 3/10 for me. The drinks were good I wouldn’t mind coming back and having a boba but the food was not good.

Was returning from the gym on a rainy afternoon and decided to stop in, finally, for a bite. Upon entering there's a standing digital kiosk to order, and also a menu over the counter area in front of the kitchen. It was pretty crowded, and confusing, but as a vegetarian there was only 1 thing I could really order anyway. I tried looking at the desserts but they didn't have any prices on it so I just went back to the kiosk since so many people were in front of the counter area. The kiosk is slightly cumbersome to navigate, but the great thing is you can add and subtract, and limit, certain menu items. Thumbs up for that. Anyway, after I ordered the man at the counter (it was less crowded now) called me over to confirm my order. Come to find people where actually ordering up there - I really couldn't tell that before. They need a better system (maybe some ropes) to control this as people are also waiting for food in same area. Another positive, my order came out pretty quickly. I don't even think it took a full 5 minutes. I got take out, and upon getting home early enjoyed by banh mi. Its not the best I've ever had, but the carrots, diakon, and cucumber were cut well, and fresh, and the tofu strips were tasty. I kind of wish though that it had more distinct flavors - it need something to make the sandwich stand out. That all said, I would return. As the pics show, this place is big, but in many ways that's good...people feel comfortable enough to spread out and chill.
