Went to the Peebles on Rosewood when I went to college here and loved it. First time ordering takeout from the one in the Vista, and highly dissatisfied. Got the Honey Mustard and they were essentially soggy chicken nuggets with a pinch of honey mustard. Fries had great flavor but were also soggy. Worst of all, paid $3.50 for 2 ranches and they were missing from the order!! That is insane for ranch, and more so that it was missing. Tried calling them multiple times but the answering machine said the phone service was not active for today. Tried contacting via email on the website and got a server error so I couldn’t contact them that way either. Normally I would go back to the restaurant but I am staying in Irmo. Not a good start to my trip back to Columbia.

Got here at 4.20 for a 7pm basketball game. Ordered at 4.50, told our food was "almost ready" a number of times, at 6pm told there had been a mix up and our order had not been placed that it would be a 30/40 minute wait. Left us no time to go elsewhere before the game. Meanwhile, not much food was coming out of the kitchen all afternoon. Poorly managed, under staffed, oh and out of jumbo wings at 4.50 which again points to poor management. Avoid this place. Used to be a good place to come. Never again. Told by the manager on the way out after giving feedback "you'll survive". Lots of places to eat around the vista so I will. Thanks.

Good food when I can get in. Never opens when the signs say. You would think since it's written on a chalk board that they would easily change to the correct time and days open. Even the recording on their phone line says something different from chalkboard and what's online. Oh well, to the next place that sells food and beer.

I needed to hang out while my wife attended a meeting in a local office. This place has a great atmosphere to do exactly that. They had 9 beers on tap at the time, and a plethora of ingredients to make other cocktails. Although I did not eat, the menu looked expansive and the portions seemed big from what I seen being served.

Ummmm, they don't open based on their posted hours. Restaurant staff quite content to ignore your hungry face peering thru the locked door. Don't go, not reliably open and even if there are staff present, they won't unlock the door.

Entered door, asked for table for 7. We were seated at a table for 6 and tried to put a chair on the end of the booth. Not sure who by some guy walks up and says nope, fire code. Decided to move to a table for 8, 2 4 tops, and push them together. Guy says, no fire code. Needless to say, we left!!

Stood outside for 15 minutes after it was supposed to open, door was never unlocked. We could see workers walking around inside, they had to see us, still never opened. If your opening as late as 2 PM on a Saturday, atleast have the decency to open at the posted time.

Perfect example of how to not run a business. Got there at 1:00 on a Saturday to watch a basketball ball game. Discover it doesn’t open until 2:00…ok, that’s my fault should’ve checked the hours before coming. Go next door for appetizers and plan on coming back at 2:00 when they open. Come back at 2:15. All doors are still locked. Employees inside are milling about. Stood outside for about 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement. Four other parties walked up and we told them the doors were locked, so they left. Have had their wings before and they are good; however, the way this place is run makes it nearly impossible to even get it.

Never disappoints! We’ve been following Will around for years! The best wings & low country boil I’ve ever had! The pork bites are delicious! The sauces & dressings are house made and sooo good! . Great service and always a great meal!
