We weren’t able to place an order or even acknowledged for starters. Customer service goes a long way… definitely lacking at this location on this date.

Normally a positive experience, if slow at times. What is so time consuming about ice and syrup in a cup? I remain confused. Anyway, today was different. Had more people working than I’ve ever seen before and yet it was slower than ever. The person taking orders needed me to repeat each of three items multiple times while she ran back to set out bottles. After they disappeared for quite some time another young lady came up and set the three cups out then immediately, rattled off the 3 items the turned away as I tried to get her attention that one of the orders was wrong, missing an add-in. She huffed and disappeared then came back and just shoved a small cup of nerds out the window and ran away again before I could process what had happened. I then saw her carrying boxes in from a trailer as we were leaving. Clearly that work was a higher priority than the paying customers out front and in the drive thru that hadn’t moved since we arrived. Bad day? Probably. Can they do better? Absolutely.

Super yummy and Staff is always kind. They have over 100 flavors!! Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because Ive spent $75 in the past 2 weeks. I asked 2 different employees if they had a rewards program to which i was told no, but then noticed they actually Do have a voucher program!!😭😭 I always do drive thru so hadnt noticed it but u get $25 for 20. So i couldve saved $15 to come back and enjoy more. So definitely ask about that if u plan on having shaved ice often. I definitely recommend this place! DELICIOUS

I love Pelican's and always have a pleasant experience. I had never been to this location before, but it was good! There was only one person working, so it took a while to get our order, but it was later in the evening. The ice was tasty and there were numerous benches for sitting.

Good snow ice and numerous flavors to stay cool on a hot day.
I loved this Pelicans. It has put door swings and a covered seating area. The staff is friendly and there is many shopping stores within walking distance.
Dietary restrictions: It’s ice and flavoring so that makes it edible for many people that has food restrictions.

Frogger & Butterfly Kiss, really good and both come with gummies! I got the Frogger & my husband got the Butterfly Kiss, mine came with a single, medium sized frog gummy and the BF kiss has multiple small gummies I believe. Love this place!

They have a good sit out place where kids can enjoy a bit. Have a drive thru too. You can order a shaved ice topped with different flavors of syrup. Add more toppings like sour syrup, whipped cream etc. Worth trying for a change.
