Worst Snoball I’ve had. The two young men were nice but poorly trained (yesterday afternoon-6/8/24). I should’ve taken a picture of the sad, melted, poorly pack snow cones we got. My husband’s top immediately fell onto the pavement. Mine and the kids’ cones looked like they did not even have a proper top and were melted into the cup right when we got them. I took a couple bites and threw mine out. The cream that was added was like slimy mucus. I expected better from a place where I paid $25 and gave a $5 tip. I won’t be returning.

Nice little gem in Rosewood. The kids have never complained and it's always a nice treat for them.

Can't deny a nice snowball on a hot day
Best sno cone you'll ever have. Creamy, melts in your mouth....not crunchy & icy like other sno cones. A million flavors! (just about...)
Excellent Flavors and Taste but the line and wait is VERY long because as much as they charge for ice and syrup, they refuse to provide adequate staffing for crowds. Today is graduation as well as Cinco de Mayo as well as a regular Friday entering the weekend and there's one person there. I hope she's at least making $15 a hour! if not, the owners should be ashamed.
The ice at Pelicans is so soft and delicious. Tons of flavors to choose from. Seating available.
