Philly Pretzel Factory

I just got soft pretzels from here and they are delicious. The owner, Tracy, and I had a nice chat as we're both from the North. I don't think any Southerner can make soft pretzels that taste as good as a Yankee can.

We love Philly Pretzel! Stopped in today for some pretzel dogs. The ladies running the store are amazingly kind and on it with customer service. Our pretzels came out the perfect mix of fluffy and crunchy, and were still nice and hot by the time we arrived home. Never a bad experience here and pretzels are always hot and delicious!!

First time here. The owner Tracy greeted us as soon as walked in. So many pretzel options to choose from. I ended up getting the pretzel pizza and the cinnamon mini pretzel. The pizza was delicious. The cheese melts in your mouth.
The cinnamon pretzel was great especially with the sauce. I definitely recommend this place.

I’m a college student who goes to the Publix on rosewood all of the time but today was the first day I ever stopped in to tried their pretzel dog. It was delicious!! I ended up calling some of my friends who live around and telling them about it too! They have great prices for amazing food and the customer service was phenomenal. I loved talking to the person upfront who helped me and I’m so excited to go back and continue trying new things!

Stopped by today and these pretzels are amazing. Bought 5 and I am seriously considering going back tomorrow. The pretzels were not too salty, seasoned just right and the chew was perfect. Do yourself a favor and stop by for something great.

Being from Philly I grew up on these pretzels so when I moved down here and seen that they had one here was the best news ever! The owner is the sweetest person and the pretzels are always so fresh. I live a little far from here but the trip is always worth it!!

I am so grateful that I am able to get a taste of home with these delicious pretzels. Thankfully, I had some when the storm hit - nothing like some Philly pretzels to fill you up.

The most absolute beyond amazing customer service experience for my first time with my husband and I. Lisa was so sweet caring informal and helpful towards what I wanted. Explained all really well had a wonderful cheerie caring customer service attitude and prices are affordable and last of y’all delicious they have pretzels up to 1000 or 100 however single ones group ones sweet ones with varieties of spreads and dips. Makes pizza unbelievable cheese or pepperoni makes Philly cheese steak as well.
has great frozen slurpies and many drink options to your likings. Made fresh daily don’t miss out!

This was my first time walking into the store, and I was amazed , it smelled really well, and Ms. Lisa was da bomb, she was a great cashier, / worker there, 10/10 would try again, matter of fact I’m coming back tmr!!!

So glad we have a pretzel shop in town that is near us. Our first trip was a great one. Our family loved the pretzels. They were great! Also, there was very friendly and enthusiastic customer service! We’ll definitely be back. I would like to try the cheesesteak pretzel!
