First time at a pretzel store. Only one Philly Pretzel Factory in SC. The one on Broad River closed.We met the co-owner, very informative and friendly. Mini pretzel dogs with spicy mustard were really good.Give ‘em a try. They are in the Publix strip center on Rosewood in Columbia, SC.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramp <15 yds from the door

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The pizza was delicious and fresh! The pretzels were clearly made with love! The cheese sauce was seriously so good I could eat it all by itself lolll. The service was fantastic and friendly! Go check it out

So I haven't been in person but I had the privilege to try their pretzels and their hotdog pretzels. I also tried their nacho cheese dip, mustard dip, and their whipped caramel (which is AMAZING).

I was the first customer on Sunday morning Dec 3 and the two employees on duty were the best! Sorry it was too early to remember names. Pretzels were amazing as usual. I always get two bags of five, one for the ride home and one for later. Keep up the good work.

Great pretzels. They even have pizza now which is so good. The ladies that own this location now care about the community and make you feel like your home when you come in. They have a conversation about philly and jersey with you and it makes you feel at home. Great place and very clean.
Great place for different snacks for all of your celebrations or meetings!! The new owners are great ladies and very friendly!! They are even doing custom pretzels for your party tray toppers!!
