I have loved getting your food and was wanting some pho early yesterday. I got my doordash order and gave you a good review knowing my food was good.
Unfortunately my noodles were all congealed together which I believe were cooked the previous day and thrown into my order. So I paid almost $15 for old noodle soup. I am tired of restaurants just taking our money and not caring about quality or correct orders. Do better.

I hate to leave this review because my sister and I have been going to this location for over two years. However, we went today and got our regulars the beef stew pho (50) and the chicken pho (20). I have been used to there being fat on like three or four of my pieces of meat however this time all of my pieces of meat had fat and most (like at least 80%) had more fat than meat. When I asked my server for more meat (and placed the fat parts on the little plates provided) he said that the meat has fat on it because that’s what makes the flavor and what makes the broth oily. Then, when my sister was eating her chicken pho she had literal bones in her broth including part of a SPINE. When she asked if that was normal she got a similar response saying that they cook the whole chicken so it’s normal to have bones in the broth. I ended up asking for a refund for mine because I am not joking when I say this, all of my meat had fat and all except maybe one piece of meat had more than half of it being fatty. Luckily I was given a refund but there was nothing done for my sister. I truly do love going to this place both for the food and nostalgia however, this has never happened to us before since we have started going. So it’s odd to me that they would say this is “normal”.

Google hours state they are open until 830pm. I even tried calling them three times while i was on the way just to make sure and get my order in quickly. However when I arrived at 8:15pm thier doors were already closed and locked. I informed the gentleman that came to the door first replied that they closed at 8pm, then after i stared that thier hours needed to be changed on google. It was at that time he tried to change the story and say the kitchen closes at 8pm and the inside dining closes at 8:30pm. On the door of the establishment it has 11am - pm ....no posted closed time. This leads me to believe they like to close when they feel like it. I took this 15 min drive specifically because it said they would be open. There was no attempt to at least see if there was anything left over from the kitchen that I may have been able to order without them re-firing up thier cook tops. I will continue to only go to the two notch location. This was my first attempt at the Divine street and I will Never be back again!

Tastes really close to the pho viet in the NE cola area. Always enjoy good Pho
Take out order appetizer & Vietnamese rolls with one beef fried rice entree. Two stars given for generous portion size. The rolls were “fresh rolls” wrapped in rice paper. The rolls were room temperature and definitely not cold. The rice paper was ripped and the roll fell apart. The meal was very bland. The beef was hard and did not seem fresh at all. It reminded me of yellow rice with mixed vegetables. I could have made it myself and done a much better job. We were looking for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, this meal did not meet our expectations. Total takeout cost $27.00
Had the lo mein noodles and it was so great!
