This place is Awful. For starters it's too cramped, but that's not why I loathe this place. I had been going to Pinch every now and then. I usually like bar hopping in 5 Points. I go to the place, mind my own business, listening to the music, but mostly on my phone. Then randomly a girl approached me close to closing time. We talked briefly, but had to leave. I came back the next day. I stood in line then one of the bouncers said that I was banned from the bar. I was confused, and demanded to know why. I had to wait and see the manager, a whole week later. I finally saw him. And he said that some girl complained about me 'creeping' around her, which is BS. I'd like to reiterate that I was on my phone for the most part, and a girl approached me. The manager blatantly pinned a false accusation on me, and said that he had to side with the girl. Even Amber Heard would blush at the effectiveness of getting men into trouble with no evidence. This happened in October and I was still banned as far as the following March. I even got to talking with another bouncer, and he said that he saw me often and knew I wasn't the kind to cause trouble. Literally the only nice thing I can say about Pinch is that if you're a Karen, this place is right up your alley.

Pinch is the worst bar in 5 Points. It's crowded for starters. And God forbid you ever come into the same vicinity of a girl (the reason most guys go to clubs), even if you mind your own business and mostly looking on your phone, like I was. Otherwise, some Karen will claim that you're creeping around her, and the A-holes in charge will agree with the girl without any proof, and you'll end up permanently banned. My theory is that the place is secretly ran by Amber Heard. Pinch sucks, and I'd recommend Lucky's or Rooftop the better bars/clubs on either sides of Pinch.

I was walking into Lucky’s (the neighboring bar) and she told me “of course I am going to Lucky’s, it’s trashy like me”. Such a shame, because even if you remove me from the situation, the fact that an owner was talking bad about a neighboring establishment is unfortunate and not what the Five Points community is about.

The owner is extremely racist. I have no other word for what I experienced. She was a white lady who kept claiming she was the owner of this bar and I was not allowed in. I was walking into Lucky’s (the neighboring bar) and she told me “of course I am going to Lucky’s, it’s trashy like me”. I am a young Mexican girl who was simply walking to the neighboring bar and this lady who kept yelling that she was the owner of Pinch was going off on me. Such a shame, because even if you remove me from the situation, the fact that the owner was talking bad about a neighboring establishment is unfortunate. I thought Columbia was a friendly, diverse city.

Literally the worst bar. The bouncer pick and choose who can come in and ignore the line to let their friends in. They deserve to fired. They also serve to minors. the bouncer let multiple people skip the line without ID. Isn’t that illegal?
