Terrible customer service. I ordered back in Aug 6. They’re too cheap to have enough drivers and pay them decent so they use Door Dash. That driver stole my food. When contacting Pizza Hut, since they decided to deliver with Door Dash they said to reach out to Door Dash. Don’t understand why If Pizza Hut is the ones that decided to use DoorDash. Regardless I reached out to DoorDash then they said they have to submit a refund request to Pizza Hut. Now it’s been 3 weeks and still no refund. I’ve called Pizza Hut every week since and they give me the same answer “give us 1-3 days”

This Pizza Hut is a hot mess. There were 8 people waiting inside for pizzas when I arrived tonight. The lady who appeared to be in charge was yelling at her employee named Honesty so everyone in the building could hear. The was a guy talking on a red cellphone with his pants around his thighs the entire 14 minutes I waited inside. My pizza was ready according to the app 8 minutes before it was taken out the oven. The pizza was overcooked and not cut all the way through. It was cooked so long that the stuffed crust I paid extra for was dried up. This is my second time in a month going to this Pizza Hut and I will not be wasting my money here. Last time, my pizza was given to Destiny Hayes who signed my credit card slip and received my pizza before the app said it was ready. They made me a new pizza 25 minutes after my pizza was supposedly ready and I had to bring it home and finish cooking before we could eat. I don’t know who the owner is but you need to make a surprise visit to this restaurant and see how it’s being run.

Called me when they closed to tell me they made my order but will not be delivering it instead of calling me ahead of time so I could pick it up myself. Will never order from this sorry place again.

10-14-2020) I called in at 10:28pm for a personal pan pizza. Someone accepted my order over the phone an I was told it takes between 10 to 15 minutes to complete. I payed for my order at 10:34pm an was told someone will bring it out to my car where I could wait. I waited until 10:45pm then went back inside to get my order. I over heard two young lady’s talking after I ask about my order. One told the other “please tell me your not about to just now start working on that personal pan”. In which I saw the young lady that was told that smirking through the side of her mask in response. Another woman approaches the counter to assist me. I asked her how much longer will it be until my order is ready. She says it’ll be another three minutes. In my response I said no ma’am i will need my money back because I have to be at work by 11pm an that I called at 10:28pm in advance. Shortly I received my refund. (Tried to give them a second chance) (April 15th 2020). I called at 10:20 knowing they close at 11. All I wanted was a personal pan, which may take 10-15 minutes. I make It there at 10:48. After I walked in I'm greeted twice. The first one I didn't respond to but the second one I asked for one second. I was calling the store to see if there phone is working. After it rings a few time I see a young man standing next to it an he isn't answering it. So I ask the manager is that there phone that's ringing she confirms that it is. I tell her that I've been calling since 10:20 no one answered but only once but I was placed on hold then the phone hung up. When I called the store while I was standing in it after complaining that no one answer to take my order the young man standing next to it answers to try to prove a point which he had none. All he did was prove my point that they ignored my call an I needed to be at work at 11 pm. I told myself I will never spend my hard earned money at any Pizza Hut especially with the Covid-19 being an issue for us all

Pizza Hut is my favorite fast chain so moving here I tried out the closest one. It was awful. It didn’t even look like a Pizza Hut pizza. The crust looked like a 2 year old made it and then bit a piece of out it. It wasn’t cooked enough either. I will never order from there again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the delivery guy was nice and it was on time.

Pizza is routinely left out past it sell time. If you go here, ask for a fresh pizza. The ones in the windows are likely old and disgusting.

Hi, Pizza Hut is having a promo that is all over TV but went I went to the store the employee told me I have to buy 2 to get that price but the tv ad doesn't say that .... I called another store and they told I was right . .The manager needs to let employees know about specials
