Food at this location is always tasteless. Nothing is golden brown. They barely put sauce on the pizza so the pizza tastes more like half baked bread sticks with a few toppings.

I walked inside this location and the guy named Arthur( also known as DJ)who was running the front was so nice and professional. It’s very refreshing to walk inside of anywhere and someone makes you feel welcomed. They have great specials that he made sure I was aware of . Quick lunch for under 10$ with a drink .I will definitely be back!

Everything was fine (although the Nashville Hot chicken pizza is not my taste), but the order misfulfillment was a major disappointment. I ordered a cheese-stuffed-crust Nashville Hot chicken pizza on 8/24/2025, but I received one with a regular crust instead. Despite my complaint, Pizza Hut representatives have taken no action—such as refunding the $2 for the stuffed crust option. The amount is small, but the issue reflects customer deception rather than the cost itself.
If you plan to order this pizza at this location, I recommend confirming whether the crust actually includes cheese.

Placed order with the app. App said 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and am told they are starting on it now so will be about 10 minutes. 35 minutes later they call my order. This seems to happen everytime I order here and I will be late going back to work and still haven't gotten to eat. If you have an option for pickup the order should not be started after someone shows up. Must be a shortage of managers or just not paying enough for the workers to care anymore. Pizza was sloppy with topping not even and chicken wings were cold after waiting all that time! Never will I be back to this place!!!!!!

This is the only location in Columbia that actually cooks their pizza and wings. Customer service is always very professional and friendly. The inside is always clean, bright and tidy. Normally i buy their wings and my bf gets their meatlovers pizza.

Said it would take 15 min for a personal pan but I ended up waiting over 50 minutes. The girl taking orders in the front was really rude and had a terrible attitude with all of the customers…Once I finally got my food, the order was messed up.
