This is the only location in Columbia that actually cooks their pizza and wings. Customer service is always very professional and friendly. The inside is always clean, bright and tidy. Normally i buy their wings and my bf gets their meatlovers pizza.

Said it would take 15 min for a personal pan but I ended up waiting over 50 minutes. The girl taking orders in the front was really rude and had a terrible attitude with all of the customers…Once I finally got my food, the order was messed up.

Worst service I’ve ever had at any carry out or fast food business website and store hours say open until 11 after waiting at the window for 10 minutes the kid said they closed at 9:30 and he had no idea on how to issue a refund or to even contact a manager

Went in last night to pick up an order placed online. Sat there for almost an hour and a half after the food was supposed to be ready and finally decided to leave. The staff was beyond rude and completely unprofessional. They were yelling and cursing at each other in front of customers. They were “crashing out” because they didn’t have the right boxes for some of their food items. This is a profound failure both on the part of the restaurant and managements part to make sure the staff was properly prepared. However, the staff that was working last night needs to be fired.

Pizza Hut was alright. The service was good, the store was pretty cool, and my food was ready quickly. The problem is that the pizza and breadsticks I got were very... meh. They weren't terrible, but I could've gone to Little Caesar's and gotten a better combo for a lower price. Pizza Hut is considerably worse than comparable chains such as Domino's, Papa John's, and Marco's.

Food tasted great, but took nearly two hours to arrive from the time I ordered it. Calling the restaurant was no help. If this isn't responded to appropriately, I will definitely not be ordering from this location again and may never order Pizza Hut again period.

First i'm l a big pizza Hut fan and I love the atmosphere it brings until I walked into this one..the pizza that's was served was outstanding and the service was great but as I waited on my food I could hear one employee yell at the rest with absolutely no respect for them I could see that they was doing their best and was good at it but for some odd reason I think they called her bae-bae or na-na didn't seem to care much about her fellow employees she needs to be tought a lesson or two if u ask me but over all great places to eat
