I placed my order around 2 o'clock. Here it is going on 430. I still don't have my pizza i called the store and spoke to someone and they said they had no way of getting in contact with the driver, they don't have his information. I asked for my money back. They said, I have to call in the morning and speak to our manager. I went on the app to track my order It says twenty five minutes away, then thirty minute five minutes away, then fifty five minutes away.This is so annoying.This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut in years and I was trying to get the benefit of the doubt, but they really disappointed me. I will never order Pizza Hut again. And no I never got my pizza i gave it a star because it won't let me post this without a star.But if it was up to me, I wouldn't give them anything

First off , we step in , everything was fine . We place our order , everything was fine . Then it got to the point where we had to wait 1 hour to get out boneless wings . It was a good amount of people in the kitchen so for everybody in the establishment that was waiting in line having to wait longer than what they was told was diabolical. While waiting for our food we noticed one of the employees picking up cheese and pepperonis and sprinkling it on the pizza ..WITH NO GLOVES . THAT IS NASTY . And then for us to get our food and it not be the right flavor is crazy . You mean to tell me with that whole hour you had , you couldn’t atleast get the flavor right ?? I tried calling up there to find a solution , employees rude . Told me they would transfer me , and never did .

I placed an order for 55.10 and paid with my debit card. I was told that my order would be delivered in thirty minutes which would have been at 12. I waited and waited and my order never came. Somebody cancelled my order and didn’t even call to verify. I tried to go back online and replaced ordered but they restricted it to where I couldn’t. I was on hold for about 45 minutes with the call center because no one ever picked up at the store. I replaced my order with the call center at 12:40pm in which they took a credit card payment and stated my order will be delivered in 25 minutes. This has to be the worse communication and customer service that I have ever received. This is ridiculous you can’t speak to anyone. BAD BUSINESS
If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was a struggle to place the order, then waited for 2 hours for the delivery. Tried to cancel and get a refund and was put on hold for 20 min each call only to get nothing accomplished. Do not waste your time with Pizza Hut, find something else.
