i cant bare but to see those looks on the worker's faces. they seem sad and not much taking motivation. ive meet one of the workers in the morning, a nice co-worker, and they told me he was having a hard time trying to calm himself before he was ever do something he'll never do. i think its the main manager's fault for not making sure these co-workers are great in their mental health. I personally would not recommend someone working here... she needs to be on time and take GREAT care of her people... her name, chrissy woody woody.

I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Garners Ferry Rd using the Pizza Hut app, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The app told me my order would be ready in about 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before driving to the store, which took another 20 minutes — only to arrive and be told it would be another 20 minutes before my pizza was ready. That means the app timer was completely off and not in sync with the store.
What made it worse was how little the staff seemed to care. No apology, no explanation, just “it’s not ready yet.” If the store is behind, that needs to be reflected in the app so customers aren’t wasting time and gas driving across town.
Tip for anyone ordering here: always choose “Pay in Store.” If you pay through the app and the store runs late, you may be stuck waiting with no way to get your money back until the food is ready — which could take half an hour or more.
Between the inaccurate timer and lack of customer service, this location really needs to tighten up communication with the app and show more respect for their customers’ time.

I went into the pizza hut off of garners ferry road, for 12 minutes not one worker said that they’ll be with me in a minute or even acknowledge my presence. another customer came in after me and you could hear one of the workers groan and make a negative comment about it, i can’t remember exactly what was said but it is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. i do not recommend this pizza hut, after this incident i went over to pizza palace and they were incredibly nice and so helpful, even gave me plates and napkins because my family and i are staying at a hotel

Horrible. Never abide by your request. Asked for light pizza sauce & wrote it in the special request box and got extra. Pizza was raw and undercooked. Do not recommend this location.
Manager wouldn't double check my order. Said she couldn't handle food but was handing out food 🤔

Good food and good staff unless the call goes to cooperate. Then you get a rude guy who hangs up on you and doesn't know that your personal pan pizza deal was this month. According to him it was only last month.
