The employee at the counter was so nice and patient with us even after dealing with rude customers! I believe she needs a raise. I had a meat lovers pizza and it was delicious it’s also looked good it was a pretty pizza. I will be back for more.

Well where do I start.. I ordered large thin crust pepperoni and ham well done . Pizza got here not well done and not cut all the way through. Called and rude lady says we cooked it well done and don't know about the cut through all the way.. Now I am a truck driver, waiting to deliver, I can't just drive up there.. 22.00 for a garbage pizza . Unbelievable never will order anything from here again..

This is one of the laziest, slackest Pizza Huts there is. Customer service is horrible. Advertising for something and then drive all the way up there and they won’t even slow you to order it. This is ridiculous.

Ordered my pizza when I arrived at the store Christy gave me my pizzas and the pizzas looked terrible had veggies piled up on the pizzas hardly no meat. She told me well I ordered too many bell peppers so we are trying to get rid of them so I told her I’ll just get a refund which she refused and said I can get a credit under a number that is no longer a valid number. Then she gave both my pizzas to a homeless woman while we were still talking about fixing my order!!!

6-2-25. Ordered pizza and wings. They charge me $5 for delivery. Delivery was through Door Dash. After they left and I gave a tip. No wings. Called Pizza Hut and they said they gave to driver Christy. And wouldn’t give a refund. Put me on hold to talk to manager and then hung up. Call door dash delivery person Chrisy. She said to contact door dash and Pizza Hut didn’t give her wings. Out my money and food. This Pizza Hut sucks and door dash is a scam. My wife called Pizza Hut the next day and talked to a manager. They are delivering the wings today. I’m glad they are doing the right thing and making it right. I really like Pizza Hut pizza and won’t let this one mishap stop me from ordering again.

I came and ordered a pizza the lady said that it would be a 20 minute wait I waited 30 minutes and came back only for her to tell me my pizza was not ready because they never received the order and I don't understand how when I ordered inside there establishment so she said I will have to wait another 20 minutes for my order which is almost an hour the service is horrible never will come here again
We really enjoyed our pizza! Definitely will order again. Can’t beat the pan flavor!

For the standards of Pizza Hut, this restaurant is pretty good. My food was ready on time, the staff was relatively friendly, and the restaurant was an old-school Pizza Hut, which was cool.
I just don't personally like Pizza Hut very much, and will probably stick to the other chains or local options in the future.

Ordered two pizzas for carry out. Order to be ready at 6:35. Arrived at 6:38. Was treated rudely by the employee behind counter when walking up to tell my name and was yelled at to step back then he waited on others behind me. Managed to get my order at 6:58. Pizza is cold and hard and awful. Not that this review will matter to management but that was really really bad experience!!!!

If I could give 1 star I would. The employees of this store clearly don’t follow directions. We ordered the ultimate hut bundles and the pizzas were undercook, we received two of the same pizzas, didn’t receive our wings, cinnamon rolls came without icing or any icing cups for that matter, breadsticks were either burnt or old, who knows. Please do better, this is absolutely ridiculous and could have been avoided if simple instructions were followed
