Food is usually hot & delicious when I order. Service is a bit shakey. Ordered wings, pizza & cinnamon rolls one night. Received cinnamon sticks instead & no wings due to the store being low on inventory (received a call from the store about low inventory on wings & was just given the Cinnamon sticks without notice). I was refunded for the wings & was told that I would be credited for the Cinnamon rolls. I was never credited & there wasn't a note or anything made on my account to compensate for the missing item. Took a loss but never taking their word again. Next time I'll just request a refund.

I’d give a score less than 1 if it was possible. The manager of this store has an enormous amount to be desired in customer service. After being told I was rude and this being a logical response to hang up on someone that ask if I will be refunded for food I never received though this was my third order in two days for a work event. I’m done with this store and I hope someone teaches this man how to interact with people. The scary thing is he will have people he trains that follows from his direction. Sad. Just sad!

I ordered online and picked up last night. I had the online special 3 toppings, I added a few additional toppings for more flavor. My pizza included extra cheese, onions, mushrooms, Italian sausage, and bacon.When I got to the location to pick up it was already ready. So the service was good.The pizza was delicious so no complaints their.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicapped parking for those needing to use a wheelchair.
I ordered through the app and ordered from the wrong location, I couldn't change locations through the app or in person then when I made a order at the right location I didn't get the ingredients on my pizza I asked for.Parking: There is curbside at this location but I've ordered curbside 3 times and they just stear at you from the counter.

From September 2022 to now (December 2023, this location has made my order right 4 times. I don’t get how they don’t look at the screen seeing the order say extra sauce and barely put it on there. Only reason I say extra sauce is cause they believe that dry pizza is tasty. If I wanted bread, toppings and cheese, I’d get the melts. You tell dominos or papa johns extra, they give you extra. These folks just dgaf. I done made chef boyardee pizza better than what they serve on a regular. Don’t say I ain’t warn you. All that money I done waste in there, I need free pizza for life smh.

This is by far THE WORST Pizza Hut that I’ve ordered from. The pizza is always dry af! I’ve never had to ask for extra sauce until I went there. Even though I asked for extra sauce I STILL DIDN’T GET ANY! I had to physically pull back the cheese and toppings for them to see it’s not enough sauce. I sat and watched another customer complain as well… his pizza was BURNT! I am completely and utterly disgusted with them! My only positive response is that the light skinned lady that worked there corrected my pizza and gave me what I asked for. I hate that I had to go through all of that. It makes entirely no sense! I wish I had pictures to show you. I will NOT BE GOING BACK! There’s always something wrong at this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is mismanaged. I would NOT order pick up or delivery from this place if you expect to eat pizza for any meal soon. We waited inside the building for an hour and a half for a pizza that was supposed to be ready for pick up. Unfortunately we had already paid for the pizza or we would have just left. Their response was a credit that had to be used in 30 days..... Who in the world would be ready to go through that again in 30 days. Of course we won't be and wouldn't without new management and people who are trained to do their job.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express in 7329 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia South Carolina 29209 and we had the worse experience for an out of state visitor.The hotel management gave us the information to order from the Pizza Hut located at 7385 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia SC 29209 order #005. We called to place an order and the pizza was delivered 45 minutes later, cold, the soda was not delivered as well as the plates and napkins placed with the order. We called the store and nobody took responsibility of the error, we are still waiting for the driver who said she would be right back. The person on the phone from Pizza Hut hung the phone and when we asked to speak to the manager she informed us that she was the manager a person named Kiki (I do not doubt that it could be a false name). She informed us that their delivery person was out and door dash picked up the order and that we had to call Door Dash even though we did not place the order with thru them. We called Door Dash as instructed and they said they could not help us because we did not place the order in their app. The Door Dash delivery person is someone named Travis. We ordered Big Dinner Box with one Pepperoni, one cheese pizza, chicken wings and breadstick and a two litter Pepsi. What kind of service do tourist get when they visit South Carolina?
This restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. It always looks like it is closed. I don't recommend you eat at the restaurant. I ordered online, provided my payment information, and still had to finish the transaction at the restaurant. The takeout pizza was good. Nothing else was good.
