I've always received great customer service when I go to Pizza Hut on Two Notch. The staff is always nice and friendly. Our food has always been on point. The building is always clean. Not to mention the manager Britney is always nice and makes sure the orders are correct and out in a timely manner. Despite the bad reviews, try them for yourself.

Be careful, this location will add an extra tip to your final total. My total was $9 but they added $5 tip. Make sure to have your recipe ready for proof. They will deny doing it. Furthermore this was a to go order at that.

Worst experience ever here. Waited 1hr for the wrong order. The pizza looked as if it was slid across the floor and picked over. When we asked for our money back we were told no refunds on an order they had messed up. I would never eat here again and wouldn’t refer others too.

Girl working register 2/11/2025 @ 240 pm has a very nasty attitude. No respect for customers in very short patient. I spent $47 Pizza Hut. Train your employees to have customer courtesy and be a little patient.

This order was made in app. Pizza was ready when I arrived. Associate was very friendly. In an out in a matter of minutes.
Ordered over the phone and they got my order wrong. When i called back they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. If you do want pizza hut, either walk into this location or order from somewhere else. And a tip was applied that I didnt put in because I tipped cash so watch out and dont give them your card number or they'll steal your money. Call the pizza hut down the road in spring valley instead this one needs better practices.
