I just can’t for the life of me understand why alot of these chains in this area so sooo slow! You have the staff and there usually isnt that many customers at a time, but you guys take almost an hour to finish simple orders. Its aggravating.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD! First of all I ordered food for delivery at 9:49 PM! That left the store with over an hour before closing time and I don’t even live 10 min from this pizza hut so it took them no time to deliver it. I was Notified that my delivery was cancelled via DoorDash and to please contact the store. And so I did. AT FIRST I got transferred to a customer service rep that hung up on me. I called Back and finally reached the store. The girl TAY answers with an attitude and when I explained I am calling due to a cancelled order. She said to me verbatim “well I gave it to DoorDash and all I can do is remake it for you”. With an attitude. I said Well how will I know if it’s coming or not? Will there be another tracker? She said to me yeah I’ll just remake it. Cut me off and all. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE ALWAYS SUCKS! And I will not recommend eating here ever again! I would Much rather go where my money is valued.

Tried calling pizza hut, female hung when trying to verify address she hung up. and when I asked to speak manager , I assume they have caller ID they hung up .

Before today my last time here was 6/11 and with that visit, I was promised a credit to my account for waiting over 45 minutes past the pick up time because the manager said they looked over my order. I’m here today and I’m being told there’s no credit on my account. They offered 20% off and I took it. My order came out and the pizza looked dry. No marinara sauce. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes for another pizza. This is definitely my last time at this location. It’s always something when coming here.

Found hair in a slice of the pizza. Called the store and was told I have to bring the boxed pizza back for them to "investigate" Instead of the staff trying to make the situation right, they were combative and defensive as though I was lying about the pizza.

After 3 long days of moving furniture we didnt have any food in the fridge as our last day here, we decided to order pizza, big mistake. Tried to place an order online and it would not work. So we called and placed the order over the phone with a debit card. Then they bring the pizza and say it was cash, I said no we paid with a card over the phone. I wanted to tip the driver with the card but there was no receipt to sign, I was confused. Then we struggle to find some cash to tip the driver. Give him $5. Then he knocks on the door again and tells me because of the storm their systems were down and unable to process the debit card order so they switched it to cash. We didn't have any cash and they didn't bother to call us. We had already started eating the pizza and they asked for it back. So we gave it back to them. Poor customer service, it's not our fault you took a payment over the phone with a card and say all is good then change it to cash on delivery. I'm glad I don't order out very often but from now on it's Mellow Mushroom or nothing. This place apparently is ghetto by looking at other reviews. Wish I had done that to begin with.
The behavior of the employees at the establishment was inappropriate and unprofessional. While one employee was working on the frontline taking orders, several others were standing around without actively contributing. I was particularly concerned by the behavior of a young African American woman with dreadlocks and gold-colored ends, who repeatedly used profanity in front of customers. Additionally, a delivery driver wearing sagging pants with visible underwear engaged in inappropriate conversations with other employees.
The overall experience was unpleasant and disrespectful. It is important for employees to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects well on the establishment and shows respect for both the business and its customers. I believe that it is crucial to maintain professionalism in the workplace, and hiring individuals who do not adhere to these standards is detrimental to the reputation of the business.

Had the best experience here! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in over 6 years or more. Let me tell you this Pizza Hut was awesome. A young lady her name began with a Z she took my future order yesterday afternoon and she got everything correct and even let me know that their card reader was down and make sure to bring cash just in case it’s not back up by today when I pick up the order. She also reminded me that they do not $50 bills or $100 bills. She was very informative, attentive and had the best customer service. It’s hard to find good people! Even the manager gave me a call this am about my 10:30am pick up to make sure that I brought cash and to make sure not to bring $50 bills and $100 bills. She also was soooo very kind seriously great staff I appreciate them making sure I didn’t forget to bring cash and the right bills to pay with. You guys deserve more stars than this!
Oh and the pizza order was perfect and tasted so delicious! We loved the stuffed cheese crusted pizza.
