If you want to know if Pizza Hut is going bankrupt soon try their quality here. They skimped on everything, I opened my pizza and realized they were in survival mode. It's not like it wasn't cooked fine, the workers did their job correctly. The quality of the ingredients is trash. Eat literally anything else.

This is a joke. The worst pizza hut ever. I have been eating at pizza hut for 50 years. I ordered dinner and my son went to pick it up. They made him wait an hour, then gave him the pizzas and told him to have a good night. He asked and they said everything is good. So he made the assumption that all was good because of the poor service and because they told him to have a good night and gave him the pizzas. But no about 30 minutes later we got a call saything that pizza hut forgot to collect payment. So I talked to my son. The girl was supposed to call me back but did not. So I sat on the phone on hold twice for an hour each. In total I wasted 3 hours of my night dealing with these people who have no idea how to treat people, and then I still had to pay. Yall arent right.

Ordered a small meat lovers to pick up. Got home which is 4 minutes away, pizza dough crust was not cooked well. Pizza wasn't hot. I pray I don't get sick.

The WORST costumer service I've ever had. I know corporate isn't going to do anything but these kids you have playing in your kitchen have the WORST customer skills I've ever encountered. They need to shut down this location.

Let me tell you something.... TITEANNA is a SUPERSTAR !!! She's running this place as if it were her own, do you hear me !?! Customer service was excellent ! She even gave me some pointers.
I ordered for delivery and it was a complete letdown. The pizza arrived cold, late, and in a box that looked like it had been used to play football in the delivery driver's car. The cheese had congealed into an unappealing, rubbery mess, and the toppings seemed like an afterthought. To make matters worse, they forgot half of my order, and when I called to complain, the customer service was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. Avoid this Pizza Hut delivery at all costs unless you want to experience disappointment in its purest form.

This Hardscrabble location has fallen tremendously!! It seems as if the high school kids are running the location and the customer service is terrible!! The managers never want to take accountability, instead they make excuses about being to busy to come to the phone!

If I could give a 0, I would. Placed an order online and did carry out. Get home and open the box and a roach crawls from underneath the cheesy bread as I pull for the bread. Attempted to call Pizza Hut and 3 of us tried- 1 was on hold for 20 minutes, 1 for 13 and 1 for 15 minutes and absolutely no one answered the call. So had to drive back up to tell them about this disgusting discovery. If you look at the picture- the roach is crawling out of the box. Please don’t do business at this Pizza Hut.
