This is going to sound crazy but this pizza hut is awesome 👌. 5 stars all around. Shout out to Kelis, and big ups to Jay for making the pizza to replace the one that the DoorDash driver did not deliver. I am pretty sure it was stolen and Im pretty sure that the delivery driver took it but again this a great establishment. Very clean. VERY NICE workers and I hope that whoever reviews my post that you'd consider this establishment. Have a great day.

As DoorDash, I have tried picking up from the store twice now and both times have been screwed over. The first time I was told that somebody already picked up the order, meaning that they’re not checking DoorDash apps to make sure they’re giving out the right orders. The second time they looked directly at the order told me it wasn’t ready yet. Waited there another 5 to 10 minutes just for them to tell me that the order is ready and I’ve been staring at it for the last 10 minutes. If you’ve got the time to wait here for someone to figure out how to do their job I pray that they get your order correct and quickly.

Missing items from our order. And you use door dash without telling customers ahead of time. So our food was cold because the door dasher decided to do other orders at the same time.
We then call to inform you about the order and no one wants to respond.

Why don't these places have delivery drivers anymore? My pizza was delivered by door dash driver 45 mins later then the first time it said it would be ready. Freezing cold pizza, wings and bread sticks. This is the 2nd time they couldn't deliver my pizza on time and it was cold.

I have come to this store and many others over the years in this area. Manager Shammon or Shannon, whatever her name is.. this lady is something special. There is another manager of this store, I believe her name is Gabbi. She is fantastic, nice and makes sure my order is correct every single time I come in. I could overhear this other manager shammon or Shannon yelling at employees who I COULD SEE working their butts off while she wasn't doing anything.
While I was there, I even overheard her say that she didnt know how to put an order in the system while handing the work phone off to another employee and walked away. She also deletes bad reviews on certain stores. If I see this review get deleted, I will be in contact with corporate with plenty of screenshots and pictures I took while in the building.

Not sure how things were before but they said that they are under new management now so i gave them a chance. I ordered a bacon ranch flatzz pizza and cinnabon mini rolls. Those mini rolls were so good that i ate most of them by myself. They are so addictive. You have to try them.

I waited in the lobby 10 min after the 15 min for my food to be done. No one came to the front until I said is anyone in here. A young lady came to the front and said. We short staffed. I understood that. I asked her did you hear me? She sad no. She had earbuds in her ear. I asked for Corporate # She said Google it. I asked for the Manager. She said it would be 10 min. I asked for her and the manager name. She said she didn’t feel comfortable giving either. DO NOT GO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
Too much playing and flirting. I shouldn’t have to wait on my order because u wanna run to the back playing just to get my order out the hot box when u could have just hand it to me

I picked up 3 of the personal pan pizzas. It was a $2 Tuesday deal. Absolute disgusting and I want my $6 back. The cashier was rude with a stale face and the pizza was even worse. Gooey crust, lack of flavor. If I had a dog, I wouldn’t feed it to it!

I rate Pizza Hut zero starts overall because I ordered $35 dollars worth of food tonight for me and my friends and it never showed up. Not only did it not show up, but Pizza Hut refused to refund me for my food. We ordered on the Pizza Hut app and instead of the delivery driver dropping our food off, they sent our food out with a DoorDash driver who proceeded to take our food. It then said our food was delivered but it was nowhere to be found.
