The new flatzzz are pretty good. I got the one with sausage and pepperoni on it and was not disappointed. Its different than their regular personal pan. Its bigger and less doughy. I like it.

Ordered food and it took them 1 hour 15 mins for 2 personal pan pizza and French fries. All the employees need training. One I ordered and told the lady we will eat in. I have to place an order on my phone. Person was rude not just to me but alot of people epically a veteran. She walked away. The manager said they don't do refunds at all. The cook wasn't working that fast and didnt act like he knew what to do. Two other employees sitting down looking at there cellphones and eating. Really we all should of got a refund or get something. It took me 1 hour 15 mins for 2 personal pan pizza and French fries. They need to training or get new help or closed this pizza hut.

I waited nearly two hours for my food. The young lady who was cashiering eventually went and fixed my order.....if it wasn't for her I would've waited longer. The manager Ashley quit then cane back to work with a store full of customers. Ashley's attitude was horrible towards all the customers and the young lady up front. Ashley snatched receipts out of her hand and told her out loud to clock out in a store full of waiting customers. Meanwhile the young lady continued to show great customer service. I was very upset about the whole situation and this was the first time I've seen this store is disarray.

I keep trying to give them changes. Extremely slow, no sense of urgency or welcoming atmosphere. My food is never ready from the time the app says and the employees are not nice or helpful . I love pizza hut but this location really sucks.

They have a wonderful staff and a great selection of items. I'd highly recommend dining at this Pizza Hut if your ever hungry for a nice pizza.
I've went to this restaurant multiple times, and even when busy there's always someone behind the counter that greets me. I haven't had many issues with order and there selection of items in great.

Terrible place my nephew who works there be telling me how it is there all the time the manager will sit at the desk in the back and make her csr do everything as in answering the phone ringing up customers be at make table while she just sit down on her phone or she goes outside and smoke a cigarette while her front of the house employee do all of the work alone and I don’t think that’s fair at all and both of the managers I think the other one name Ashley she is very rude along with the other one wouldn’t recommend working or being serviced here

I would like to share my experience today 08/07/2025 around 7pm with the store employee. I work with door dash and I’m waiting for a specific order for a certain customer names Jullian Hill, While waiting i am talking to my friend on my phone.after few minutes of waiting I follow up the order and they told me just waiting for the wings, i said okay. But after few minutes one of the employees (female white) told me to go/leave and they will just get another dasher, and i was shock, asking her why? But she did not tell me anything, just told me again to leave/go..she’s being rude while she’s telling me that. I fell like she’s kicking me out of the store, but why? I was really upset, I feel like i am a customer on that store also getting some food for other customer. That woman is so rude. I want to reach out to pizza hut management why this employee is acting like that towards a customer? I was just patiently standing and waiting there for that specific order.. why did she act like that?
