If it rained the staff here would drown with how stuck up they are here walk in the door and instantly terrible service, rude and disrespectful wouldn’t stop here again even if they were giving food away!

The current manager there now is extremely rude. I had placed an order online and was notified that it was ready. I got there and was yelled at TWICE that they were closed! She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her that I had ordered online. Overall, everyone who works there is just plain rude.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The customer service is mediocre and piss poor to say the least. I placed an order and received a message that the order was ready. Only to arrive at the restaurant to be told that they accidentally gave it away. When I requested a refund for my order and for the tip that I left I was denied because they stated they aren’t allowed to give refunds. I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to frequent this location because the customer service is horrendous and to think that they felt compelled to keep the tip after providing terrible service. TRASH AT IT’S FINEST!

I should have read recent reviews before ordering from here. I placed an order at 5:20. It’s 7:30, and nobody ever picked up the order. As others have said, this location should be shut down. After 2 hours of waiting and the pizza being in the warmer, we have to go get it. If we had wanted to go get it, we wouldn’t have ordered delivery.

I received my order and the pizza was missing a topping, I called the store and they hung up on me. I called back and was told a new pizza was being made I haven't received the text stating they were making a new pizza it's been over 30 minutes since my second call. I'm currently trying to call.them and have been on hold for 9 minutes. Well they just hung up again.

Thiefs. No refunds even when you pay for delivery and have to pick it up yourselves.They're pocketing delivery fees and our tip for the nonexistent driver. And to be clear, we ordered through the Pizza Hut app, not Doordash. So this is 100% this location stealing from us.

This place is a scam. Placed an order for delivery and waited almost 2 hours before being told there were no drivers so they were waiting for an availiable one. That's cool, I mean after spending 20 bucks on delivery fees and tip whatever I'll eat that. I told them I'd come and get it and not to worry about delivering it. When I arrived I was barely looked at in the face with no apologies coming from the manager. Upon returning home we found several of our items were underwhelming and the cheese bread sticks specifically was abysmal. Cheese sticks? Try a cheese brick... there wasn't even an attempt made to cut it into sticks and when I also had to do that I come to find out the dough is raw. One of the sticks looks like straight up raw chicken. This was too much so I called back requesting a refund and was told by the same unapologetic manager that it's their store policy that they don't give refunds. Scam up and down, they also had a deliver driver there when I arrived so I assume they pocket the delivery charges and tips without actually needing to do the work. Pizza hut died at the turn of the century and places like this are pathetic attempts at trying to keep the name alive.

Read the reviews before ordering. They will mess up your order and they deliver via DoorDash so no real way to contact them for a complaint. Avoid this location unless you want to be cheated out of what you paid for

Horrible! My cheese sticks had no cheese on it and my cheese pizza wasn’t fully cooked. The cheese wasn’t melted, just clumpy 🤮 then when i called for a new order, the worker hung up on me.

My pizza was made wrong and it was remade with the right crust, but something on the pizza had a spoiled taste and I took it back. The cashier was awesome that's why I gave 5 stars for service!
