If you are looking to actually eat chicken fingers, do not visit Popeyes. We got two orders of 5 piece chicken finger meals, which cost over $30. The price is high, but I would gladly pay it if the food quality meets the standard. What each box contained was hardly chicken. Most of them were fried breading disguised as chicken (small in size at that). There were literally only 1-2 pieces out of 5 that actually contained substantive chicken meat. How do you charge customers $15 per box that's supposed to have 5 pieces of chicken fingers and barely have any chicken? In this competitive market where you have numerous choices like Zaxby's, Dave's Hot Chicken, Slim chickens, etc, how do you sustain your business with this mediocrity? I grew up being a big fan of Popeyes but no longer. This type of clear disrespect for customer's hard earned cash and the continuing decline of quality control will not stand.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Idk if the staff is low or what but I work 2 min from this location and come multiple times a week. Everytime I come I spend 20 min of my 30 min lunch in line. Chicken is NEVER READY!

All of em politely ran me out of thebdrive through spot because I am on a timer......well no one's behind me. Get my food and I will leave. Management needs to know there 5 people standing around doing nothing while drive through waits on ya.

My husband and I were driving thru Columbia on our way to FL. We were delighted to see a Popeyes and stopped to get a to go order. Our delight soon turned to disappointment! We went in at 11:15 and had to wait 20 mins for the chicken to cook for our sandwiches. The chicken was thin, undercooked and missing the thick crunchy breading. It was undoubtedly the worse chicken sandwich I’ve ever had at any Popeyes. There were at least nine people working, but we had to wait for someone to come in and fry the chicken. The cleanliness was questionable. The napkins smelled moldy. I couldn’t even use them to wipe my mouth. If they want to stay in business, they’re going to have to up their game!!!! Way too many other options to choose from for lunch. The message from the owner is the same one that is sent to every one that complains. I want a REFUND! I might as well have taken my $21.00 and thrown it out of the window. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to find a bathroom quickly on our drive, Because I’m sure I’ll be sick later! Disgusted Customer

As I pulled to the window i see several guys just hanging around. No work is being done which made me wonder if half of the guys behind the counter actually worked there because none of them had a uniform on.
The first time I tried Popeyes I was blown away the chick was so good now churches is my go to spot but i really enjoyed the food haven't been disappointed yet

The worst EVER! A lot of cursing by the staff! No one seems to be in charge. The cashier eating behind the counter and serving customer. One of the staff member wasn't on break but spent time I was there sitting at a table speaking to a female customer. The cashier tried getting him back to work as well. Plus the food sucked!

SUFFERING W/ HORRIBLE FOOD POISONING SINCE LAST NIGHT. This location is staffed, operated and solely run by teenagers w/ not one adult insight and the operational procedures was unorganized/uncoordinated. Location was FILTHY and food handling horrendous with most of the girls wearing extremely long braids running down the back almost to buttocks none with hair coverings, the little guy frying the wings quoted it would take 10 minutes and after watching him it appeared it was only a five minute cook, nevertheless my grandson wanted sandwich meal so I paid for all food and hoped all would be well. I’ve been in pain and unable to move taken ill shortly after eating some of the wings last night (had a light bland breakfast and was fine until the wings and fries). I’ve saved everything to have it tested becuz I’ve never been so sick just from eating food in my life.
