This was my first time trying chicken dippers. They taste good. I wish I could have gotten a different sauce. The fries were crispy, chicken dippers as well and a strawberry lemonade. 😋

This place it a serious joke! The staff are RUDE.. down to the manager. I came in with my daughter and the language the staff used toward each other was insane...profanity. I even witnessed a employee using their cell phone and the front counter worker drinking tea instead of taking my order. The young man named Bobby was very rude after me standing here asking if someone would take my order as they laughed and talked among each other. Then the front counter guy Bobby keep using obscene language it was a horrible experience! I came to this location because the two notch location is slack...this the last time popeyes get my money. My kids will have to find an alternative!!

Food was delicious. I was surprised to see the menu change from some of my favorites like the 3 wing combo and those Louisiana fried shrimp. The popcorn shrimp on the menu aren't the best Popeyes could've created!

Just left this popeyes abt 20 mins ago ..that staff thats there now are so unprofessional arguing with customers not getting customers food right... people waiting 20 to 30 mins for their food.. this is not the first time this crew has behaved in such a way... the manager is at fault too...he in the back with prepping and taking out the chicken when he needed to manage the front counter... too many young adults working at that location with no proper customer service training and no sense of time .. the owner needs to reevaluate the staff that working right now

We ordered food at the drive-thru on July 20th at approximately 2pm. We ordered 3 meals, 2 chicken sandwhich meals and a tenders meal. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our order. it came out to $47.69 but our card was charged $57.23. We immediately questioned it and was told it had to be something on the cards end that they only charged us what is stated on the receipt. They refused to correct it. It appears that they gave them self a 20% tip which would be considered stealing. I recommend that every verifies there receipts against their bank/credit card accounts. And on top of that the food was not good. Neither of us finished out meals. WE WILL NOT ORDER FOOD THERE AGAIN. We will also inform our friends, family, and colleagues of what happened here.

We were told there was not enough chicken (we ordered 2 family plan meals) mind you there was a least a ½ a dozen workers chillin outside when we pulled up. Normally I would just be on my way, but this is the third time I had been turned away...and it's getting old... Popeyes do better!

Kind of slow when I picked up a late lunch for my kid.
I went through the drive-thru and faced a challenging experience. One employee was unkind, speaking disrespectfully as we waited for 20 minutes. It was disheartening to feel treated less than human in that moment. However, a gentleman stepped in, showing kindness by giving me the sauce I had asked for. Despite not receiving my correct order, it reminded me of the importance of compassion in tough situations. This experience has led me to seek a more uplifting environment in the future.

Ordered food through door dash and they didn't send an entire meal with my order, nor the fries for the one meal they did send. The wings were sprinkled with sauce and not coated as they should be. Save your money and dont order from these people who can't do simple tasks.

Pooeyes normally is my favorite chicken spot. Everytime I order doordash or through the app my food comes either wrong, missing items, or soggy strips. Today I ordered buy one get one free wings large fries mac and cheese and mashed potato. I receive only one wing box and wrong flavor. I'm missing my mashed potatoes got rice instead. Ony thing right was the Mac and and fries and that was cold and soggy. Took pictures sent through DoorDash I received a partial refund for incorrect items. But busy or not double check y'all orders. This is a continuous issue.
