My husband and I arrived when they opened at 9pm. The drinks were great, and the service was awesome. Nairobi was pleasant, attentive, and professional. The shrimp were HUGE, and the food tasted pretty good. Nairobi's signature cocktails were absolutely delicious. My husband tried the WAP and I tried the piña colada. We will be returning as the environment was laid back. Go check them out.

this place is definitely not worth the price …. The “party” started at 12… we got there a little after 12… we purchased a “section” and bottomless mimosas. We did not receive our first round of drinks until after 1:30…. They didn’t give out menus because they didn’t have any food to serve …. We saw employees walking in with Publix bags of the food they were getting ready to sell. We asked the bartender about our mimosas and she said “I’m not sure, they didn’t really tell us”. The music was good and the vibe was alright towards the end of the party, but it was super unorganized. We saw a small roach on the floor. I would not eat there … menu way over priced. The mimosas were good though
Literally the worst club/lounge experience I've ever had...and that is not an exaggeration. So I haven't heard too much about Prime but my friends and I decided to check it out for my birthday. Here's a list of complaints I've compiled from our night: 1. The bouncer BARELY checked us for weapons and was on the phone. (I know this because we were all armed) For the bottle bitches/servers that didn't know 2. The gap toothed bartender (Ms. Gap) and her minion a** co-workers were deliberately ignoring our service 3. We were served drinks without being notified of the price. (No menu, no recommendations, nothing) 4. Our drinks had to have had less than half a shot of alcohol and if I'm paying $8 or more for a drink I wanna taste that liqa (but I also know the bartender was giving us a hard time ) Ms. Gap positioned her self a in a particular way so we couldn't see her fix our drinks 5. Employees literally taking photos and texting amongst themselves about us.... 6. My friend paid cash for her drink and wasn't given the proper change. So Ms. Gap feels the need to not notify my friend that they don't have any coins for her change until my friend lets her know... Then sis had the nerve to play and act like she couldn't hear what we were saying about the situation and caught an entire attitude . Other than those other bitches the hookah lady was a vibe. All I'm saying is I took time to write this review at 2:35 am because this entire experience was s****

My food and drinks was really good but the attentiveness of the staff and the speed of the kitchen staff needs some work. We were the only people in there besides the workers and the dj.....it took us a hour to get a salmon(absolutely delicious) and shrimp dinner and then another 45 minutes b4 I got my 12 piece wings with fries. We got there around 9 915p and by the time we left at 1130 I had just gotten my food(which I ended getting it to go). It should not have taken that long when there was no other food orders because there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Ill order again but it will be just a call in to go order. Try it like I did bc its mixed reviews. I saw good and bad reviews b4 I went and as you see im in between.
