We spent the evening at the Igloos doing our annual Girls Christmas gift exchange! Presley was our waitress and she was fantastic! I cannot say enough about the wonderful service she provided the entire time we were there. We were the last table and she let us stay while we played a few rounds of Mahjong after our gift exchange and dinner. She recommended great apps and entrees while giving great feedback to each of us in our party! We so enjoyed our time at the Igloos as always and Presley was an absolute gem!
We reserved an igloo which was very unique. I was disappointed in the overall food. They were out of a lot of choices for the tacos and I feel the price we paid wasn't worth the quality of food. Our waitress was just okay and not very attentive. It showed that she didn't want to be there. And straws!! What restaurant runs out of straws!! But did they really because that's what we were told but everyone else inside the actual restaurant had straws. Then we tried to order dessert but they were out of everything except gingerbread cookies. Why offer a holiday menu if you aren't able to fulfill orders? More than likely, we will not be back. $185 for 4 people for dinner is ridiculous.
The igloos are amazing, and our server was very attentive, gracious and fun! The five dollar drinks are tasty and priced for everyone's wallet! Everything was top-notch! Thank you!
Worst service ever. Left a 10% tip because it took over an hour to even receive a drink. Manager cussed us out. So rude and disrespectful work service. Never coming back. Pathetic behavior.

We went there mostly on Sundays, and every time, we were satisfied with the taste and ambiance. Most of the time, I tried their limited-time cocktails and moctails. I highly recommend them. The food is tasty and well served, both aesthetically and warmly.

Be warned about sitting outside. You will be SWARMED by flies and they do not have anything to deter them.

Food was ok. Cauliflower bites had no seasoning or flavor at all. The sauce is ok. I ended up adding hot honey. Tacos were ok. The beef tasted Lowkey like taco bell beef. We were sat by a big open window and people were standing outside of it smoking the entire time so we were inhaling cigarettes, they might need signs outside to prevent that. Something to be aware of if you plan to visit. Service was slow, though the waitress was extremely nice and apologetic, seemed like perhaps they were short staffed.

Great spot for drinks, cool specials and full bar, and appetizers. We were super happy with those. Sandwiches were solid, tacos and chesadillas not so much. Light on filling and soggy. Atmosphere is festive, can be loud if you are sensitive to that, we liked it given the overall vibe, staff was great.

Food was not cooked and drinks were very week if they had any alcohol in them at all.

It's been about 6 months since I have eaten at Publico, but I was walking around 5 Points yesterday and decided to stop in.
Was I ever glad that I did!!! I was so excited to see my favorite bartender, Kelsey! I wasn't sure where she was working now that Boku has closed for a bit. What a wonderful surprise.
Kelsey remembered off the bat that I don't drink, so she mixed me up a virgin Raspberry Paloma. It's the small things like that that make up great service.
The special was a coconut curry tofu ramen, but I opted for the tried-and-true Publico burger. As always, it was just plain great.
I've never had an issue at Publico (food- or service-wise), and now that y'all scored Kelsey behind the bar, I know exactly where to go when I am in 5 Points.
