Every time we come here it's a great experience... food is great, staff is always friendly and everyone is willing to help serve (not just your server) and the ambience is great. Love this place.
It's a Saturday, everyone has been on lock down by the snowstorm, so the crowd is expected! Besides, overall a great place to get food, drinks, and socialize.
Sat at the bar, and for some reason, the young female didn't seem interested in serving us. 'You want something to drink or plan to order?' Well, that is why we came 😉. Through the entire time, didn't feel she was attentive to anyone at the bar.
Food: the chicken burrito barely had chicken! Literally ate rice, beans, and advacado; maybe a a bite of chicken was hidden in there. Would have asked about remake or added, but no check back on how our food is. The chicken sandwich with fries was amazing!
We'll be back, but sit at a table and make sure it's the cute little tattooed guy (hopefully!), even though he didn't seem happy to be here either.
Oh, the cauliflower bites need seasoning and maybe offer a 'toss in sauce' option 🤔

If I'm being honest...and I am...Bull St is the better of the 2, I feel Five Points Publico, just blends in wit the bars that are around it...and I can understand that being they cater to the college kids, but 2 words that set it apart from Bull St

This is one of the best places that I've ever eaten at it was very different as an experience rather than a meal. The food was delicious and the waiter was always there when we needed him the most. I would definitely be going back
We really enjoyed eating in the igloo outside. My shrimp tacos were delicious. The appetizer trio was great. The Christmas dessert was delicious.

Good service and great food. Nicely decorated for Christmas. They even had the 'Elf' spaghetti dish on the menu.

The food was great as always. We went on a Sunday and it wasn't that busy but the drinks and food were extremely slow. We also reserved an igloo and the heater inside of it was not working. We let the server know immediately. We hurried through the dinner due to comfort. We've done the igloos for several years but may find a different venue going forward.
Have wanted to try this place out for a while, and it did not disappoint. Our server, Ella was outstanding.food was great, and they had vegan options.churros a must

We spent the evening at the Igloos doing our annual Girls Christmas gift exchange! Presley was our waitress and she was fantastic! I cannot say enough about the wonderful service she provided the entire time we were there. We were the last table and she let us stay while we played a few rounds of Mahjong after our gift exchange and dinner. She recommended great apps and entrees while giving great feedback to each of us in our party! We so enjoyed our time at the Igloos as always and Presley was an absolute gem!
Went for Monday tacos. They were great. Service was too notch.

We reserved an igloo which was very unique. I was disappointed in the overall food. They were out of a lot of choices for the tacos and I feel the price we paid wasn't worth the quality of food. Our waitress was just okay and not very attentive. It showed that she didn't want to be there. And straws!! What restaurant runs out of straws!! But did they really because that's what we were told but everyone else inside the actual restaurant had straws. Then we tried to order dessert but they were out of everything except gingerbread cookies. Why offer a holiday menu if you aren't able to fulfill orders? More than likely, we will not be back. $185 for 4 people for dinner is ridiculous.
The igloos are amazing, and our server was very attentive, gracious and fun! The five dollar drinks are tasty and priced for everyone's wallet! Everything was top-notch! Thank you!
My wife made an online reservation, as she always does, for the igloo seating. We arrived 10–15 minutes early, only to be told our reservation had been canceled. To make matters worse, we were informed that someone else had been given the igloo instead.
When the manager came over, the way she delivered the information was unprofessional no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no explanation for why we weren’t contacted. Instead, it felt like we were being treated as the problem.
We typically visit this location near Segra before games, but after this incident we are very inclined to never eat at either location again. The manager needs training in customer service, because the lack of communication and empathy ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience.
