Racks Restaurant & Sports Bar is a place with a mix of experiences. The tables are spacious and there's a fun atmosphere, especially if you're interested in pool. There's a big pool room next door with three steel tip dart boards that attract many players of different backgrounds and ages. The bartenders have great personalities and take good care of the customers. Prices for games, food, and drinks are reasonable.
The food quality is better than expected, with the kitchen trying hard to put out quality dishes. Yolanda, who directs pool tournaments and does other tasks, is a true beacon of light for the place, doing her best for the love of the game.
However, there are some negative aspects. The service can be improved, and the owner's behavior needs attention. The owner screams at customers without introducing themselves first, which can be overwhelming. Despite these issues, the staff, especially the bartenders and Yolanda, work hard to make the place better.
