First time visitor. It's a small, quaint spot for breakfast/brunch. There were a bunch of college students ahead of me ordering and the spicy bacon, egg & cheese biscuit seemed to be the most popular order so I decided to try it along with a side of the hashbrown Casserole and a coffee The portion size is ample, for sure. However, after the first bite of the biscuit, I couldn't eat anymore. The ghost pepper cheese ( which I didn't know) that they use was too hot for my taste. But if you like hot and spicy then this may be more to your liking. The biscuit was too thick for the rest of the ingredients, in my opinion. But the egg and bacon were good. The hashbrown casserole was well seasoned and tasty and the coffee was good as well. The service was top notch, the ladies working were very friendly and accommodating. The dining area and tables were clean. I would definitely go back and try some of the other goodies, such as the fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese, as well as one of the specialty coffees.

So I haven't had bologna in 20 years. It's beef bologna. Really good, the caramelized onions add a sweet taste. The biscuit sandwich was huge. Lots of eggs. Got have the yellow mustard.

Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits was a fantastic experience. The service was great and the food was the best part! Everything that myself and crew had was delicious. I would highly recommend Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits over any other breakfast spot I tried during my visit.

Parking: We arrived early and had plenty of parking. The spots are color coded by the stores. I imagine if my could be difficult to find parking if it gets busy.

My first time coming here and this food was amazing!! It looked so good I had no time for pictures! I had the seared pork belly biscuit with grits and my husband had the southern comfort! Omg both dishes were amazing! And their unique grits is to die for! I promise you that it tastes as good as it looks! Please pay this place a visit, you won’t regret it!

The pork belly biscuit was delicious! The hash brown casserole that I had as a side was average. My coworker did not prefer the macaroni and cheese that was on his biscuit along with some spicy bacon. He did enjoy the grits however. My only comment is that I felt it was a bit overpriced.
